Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Houston Intercontinental Airport

There is no working ventilation in the bathroom. The bathroom was foggy and sweating after the shower. Causing the mirror's sweating & could not use the mirror. The iron was broken/leaking yellowish/rusting water on my white shirt & ruin my white shirt.

Closed main entrance & let customer entering hotel by using hotel's existing lane & don't update the information to the google map's driving instruction. Causing customers to drive around the facility couple times to be able to enter the hotel.

Free shuttle from the airport

The room was dated. The front desk wasn?t friendly. The fireplace in the lobby didn?t work. The bathroom tub wouldn?t hold water. The rooms were very small. Breakfast was very limited.

Nothing. This is the worst fairfield inn I have ever stayed.

At late night and after the checking in, we were given a room that had not been cleaned despite that there were many rooms available that night apparently. What a surprise! The hotel was not run properly. The night staff was incompetent. Don't stay here!

Very clean and comfortable. Plentiful flavored water (oranges/cucumbers/lemon) at various times of day. Decent breakfast for the star rating.

There was only one staff on at reception desk. It was not busy when we went but that could cause problems if there was a crowd showing up simultaneously.

It was clean. Soap and shampoo in larger dispenser seems more eco-friendly. Bathroom linens were high quality.

I chose the hotel mostly for the shuttle service and clean appearance. I called at booking and on arrival and was assured that the shuttle would be available for my late arrival time. Was never told that it stops @ midnight. Never showed, had to get Taxi.

I loved the front desk lady who checked us in unfortunately i fogort her name but she was sweet and very attentive. She helped make our stay a lot more welcoming.

Location is 8 minute drive from Airport.

The ice machine was broken on my floor. I had to go to next floor for ice. The refrigerator would not get very cold.

I was very pleased with the location..Staff was very friendly... rooms were nice and clean.

It's nice and clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, potatoes or sausage, cereals, yogurt, fruit, and muffins. It's about 15-20 minutes away from the Minute Maid Park.

First room was noisy (the ice machine) Next room better but heat didn¿t work; Clerk surly when said she¿d have to come down. Opened thermostat and turned it on as it was off. Room was cold; asked for blanket-told hotel was booked and they didn¿t have any.

I have stayed here often. Staff always friendly and helpful. Shuttle is on time and everyone is very nice.

Room doors always slamming. The closrers need to be adjusted to not slam so hard. This could be easily fixed but is the one ongoing issue I experience here.

Every room door slams when closing . This can be adjusted but this hotel does not deal with this. You will definitely be woken up in the night from slamming doors.

I found thw staff to be attentive. The checking was speedy. The hotel looked just like photos clean and very well maintained.

Weekend breakfast was extremely long wait.
