The room was clean, cleaning service was great!
Too many extra expenses. There was NO indication of a paid breakfast. It was buffet style, it tasted like mediocre complimentary hotel food, and yet we were hit with almost a 50 dollar bill for just two people. The service was abysmal. There was no coffee station with the rest of the breakfast, and when I requested coffee, it was forgotten until I reminded them 20 minutes later. The server tried to bill us TWICE, for breakfast, apparently forgetting that we had already received our bill. We did not eat at this establishment after our first experience.

The room was inviting and clean. Everyone was very nice and the lobby has a relaxing waterfall. Very pretty and good stay. I will definitely stay here again next time I need to travel for work.

The hotel bar was open on Friday until midnight. We got in late and were still able to have a few draft beers before bed. The staff at the front desk and the bar were very nice! The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable.
The only small issue with this hotel is that there are no USB charger outlets in the room. Someone else commented on this in a review and I was prepared. No big deal.

Good location for our needs. The sleeping area of the room was clean.
The hotel staff were incompetent. We arrived and had to wait over two hours to receive a pack and play. All we had to do was involve the manager and we got a pack and play within minutes. Bathroom was not clean. Blood in bathroom.
