At check in, I was told a credit card on file is in case of incidentals and money would be released once we check out. Couple days later I have a $45 valet charge. I was never told about this fee and did NOT authorize this charge. I am filing a chargeback
I loved how everything was right there. Location was perfect especially for the Astros game! It was nice to know my truck was locked up at night. Valet did very well. Definitely will be staying here again.

For the Westin to not reach out via email/phone about the changes to their hotel is bad customer service I was forced to still pay the $--- for the first night and $--- each night after was also forced to pay $15 a day for valet parking with no one to par
We loved everything about The Westin; amazing & hardworking staff, the location was ideal for our Ariana Grande concert at the Toyota center & sightseeing, and it is directly in front of the best steakhouse we've ever tried (& we're from Texas).

When booking I was not asked how many people were staying in my room nor was I given an option for a room format, yet upon arrival I was informed that I was automatically booked into a room with one king bed when there were still rooms available with two.

I have stayed in many Hotels. Front desk staff was not welcoming or happy to assist upon check in and we were the only ones checking in.We did not feel welcomed. At check out; it was the same thing. Need a more welcoming and happy front desk staff.

Location, location, location! We were able to walk across the street to Minute Maid Park(Astros), then stroll to Discovery Park(kids), then walk to dinner at our favorite Tex-Mex restaurant. This is a very fine hotel with helpful staff. Highly recommended
