Mechanical noise from HVAC system and refrigerator.

They were out of towels. We only had two full size in room for three people and none available at pool or desk. We booked specifically because of pool and hot tub, but the hot tub was not hot. When traveling with children that can make or break your day!

This hotel is disgusting, lampshades broke, broken siding glass door, bathroom disgusting, refrigerator was sooo Noisy. It's needs total remodel & upgrade it's a 1 star and I do not want to stay here again. It used be nice hotel but management really upg

We like the location, that the rooms have small kitchens and the pool is great.

We just had some maintenance issues this time around that did not get resolved.

I like the location and I like the breakfast in the morning but it¿s starting to go down meaning they need to upgrade furnishings

I didn¿t like I¿ve seen a roach on the bed upon check in and when they switched my room another roach on the floor and I don¿t like the nasty carpets and the old furnishing and the outdated tubs and showers it¿s time to upgrade

Spacious rooms. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Good breakfast. Everything we needed in the kitchen.

Not a big deal for us but a few minor cosmetic repairs are needed in the room's bathroom.

Location is excellent for us. Easy to get to major highways and routes on a fairly quiet street. Near good restaurants. Rooms are big, ceiling fans and mini-kitchens with big frig. Nice breakfast from Miss Dee.

Maintenance has gone down. Shower had mold at bottom of the walls. Hot water in bathroom very slow. No ice bucket this time. Not all cookware is present. One luggage cart still broken after 6 months. Rear exit door broken after 1 year. Bed was hard.

Great people work here - all are friendly and helpful. It's pretty quiet and the rooms are spacious. Love the kitchenette and ceiling fan. Location is perfect for getting around the area with ease.

Friendly folks, big room, the kitchenette, breakfast late. Great open dinner on Wednesday evening with wine and beer. It's our home away from home.

Very nice and helpful staff, the room was great. Bed was comfortable and the wifi was pretty quick for the standard service. Loved Wednesday nite complementary dinner. Miss Dee is the best in the breakfast area. Great location for working in Cy-Fair.

Super friendly staff. Great location close to many places to eat. The suite so very spacious! Had a wonderful stay. Easily return again!

Everything was nice and clean! The staff was amazing! We were there for a basketball tournament and they had a very nice basketball court at the hotel! Also a good location!

The room was bigger than I expected which was awesome. Staff so nice. Kids enjoyed the pool and basketball court.

The air conditioner didn't blow as cold as I would have liked it. The room had candy stuck on the floor when arriving in the kitchen and cereal on the floor by the sofa. Only one elevator on site for staff and guests and it takes a while to get to you.

Wonderful staff at front desk. Pleasant and helpful.

Not adequate enough towels for guest of three, no working microwave, no working phone in living area, not great selection of breakfast and it didn¿t look appetizing . It seemed like I had to always call front desk for something and I normally don¿t call.

The room was very spacious and the staff amazing!

The location of the property was great. Clean rooms and a good breakfast.

One thing was that the hotel's Jacuzzi was not working. We were looking forward to the Jacuzzi and we were told that it was working by the hotel staff, but unfortunately it was not. Lack of communication between the staff and maintenance.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. I checked in late but she still had a great attitude.

The bathroom lights did not work. I had to take a shower in the dark.

EVERYTHING!!! BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING! EVEN THE EGGS WERE COOKED JUST LIKE I LOVE THEM! THE STAFF WAS AMAZING AND EVEN CALLED TO CHECK ON ME THE DAY AFTER I CHECKED OUT TO SEE HOW I WAS DOING! SO WONDERFUL!🤗🤗🤗

I WILL RECOMMEND THE HOTEL TO EVERYONE! MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS FROM NEW YORK STAYED AT THE HOTEL WHEN MY HUSBAND DIED MARCH OF THIS YEAR!THEY LOVED AND TOTALLY ENJOYED THEIR STAY THERE ALSO!🤗🤗🤗
