Staff-- one lady very unprofessional, flirting with guests never at the desk, hanging out outside and in pool area being inappropriate with guests

I could tell the room was rushed through when cleaning. There was trash on the table, on the floor near the trash can, and near the AC.

Updated decor, decent breakfast.

People were smoking down the hall and it's supposed to be entirely non-smoking.

The hotel was damp, musty and there was mold in several rooms. My car was broken into in the parking lot.

Room size was good and having 2 tv's was good too.

The cleanliness was poor. There was coffee mug stains on side table, tables, kitchen counter were not wiped. The carpet next to the bed was sticky so bring slippers to wear inside. Also no vending machine in the hotel.

House keeping was poor, they said it would be breakfast and they would start later, rooms wasn¿t clean

I loved the location, the room was very nice. Great price.

There was a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower when I arrived. Also, there was a birthday party going on. And the people across from me had a lot of children in the rooms and it was pretty loud. I like a quiet atmosphere at my hotels.

Hotel is under renovation so there is A LOT of construction going on. There isn't any breakfast service and all of the amenities are closed i.e. no pool or workout facilities.

The fitness room was musty, had a definite smell and the wall had water damage that had not been repaired.

The location

new person working at the desk, even though it was no fault of hers. No room had a key to get in or out. The security guard had to let everyone in there rooms individually. I waited at the front desk over 40 minutes waiting to be checked in.

Yes. We had 2 seperate rooms. A/C did not work upon arrival in 1st room. Had to move into another room. Second night the A/C went out in the 2nd room where my guests were staying. They had to move into another room. This room had beetles and roaches.
