No room service. Had to ask for towels because in the 2 days the room was not cleaned.

The location was very close to a wedding we were attending.

The hotel did not look like the pictures, its is much smaller. The room smelt stale and musty, the beds were not soft. The refrigerator was broken and when we opened it it had the absolute worst smell. It is very loud at night on the weekend.

The hotel was under construction. The lobby was a mess and dirty. The elevator was old. My room had new construction odors. I could not sleep. It was not communicated that the hotel was under construction. Paid over $---. Terrible experience.

I got one of the newly remodeled rooms!! Very nice setup and perfect location to walk to everything in downtown Houston!

Location was good. One person at the desk was friendly and helpful.

The only reason I booked this hotel was for the shuttle. I sorted by hotels with a shuttle and under this hotel it advertised a shuttle. When I called to receive the shuttle at the airport I was told that there is no shuttle. False Advertising.

The location is ok and the staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel is outdated for the price.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bar was nice

The staff wasn¿t very friendly and the location has a LOT of homeless people sleeping outside in the area.

Bar in hotel smells like really bad mold or something but it was over powering. Hotel is basically across the street from a massive homeless shelter/ outreach center so there¿s that. We didn¿t have any big problems but certainly not a 4 star hotel

The location, cleanliness, staff and the services

Location. It was close to the tram, Flying Saucer Draught Emporium, and Theatre District.

Location. Homeless and drug users laying around on every nearby corner.

The lady at the counter was very helpful and sweet

The shower and sink were extremely slow draining. Extremely. Could not take a long shower without overflowing the shower into the bathroom. Sink could not be left running long to get the water hot. They do not offer a cot for a child in a king room.

It smells like mildew and it¿s by a homeless shelter. If you come after 12 you have to look for valet

Clean. Interesting decor. Nice location in downtown.

Room was on the smaller size but perfect for an overnight stay. There was no desk or refrigerator, so not ideal for business trips.

Premium location, quiet guests and attentive staff.

In room sofa covered in stains, shower door wouldn't close completely, scuff marks on walls.

Room was not the size as advertised for a King Deluxe. Very small. Valet was over priced. Bar / restaurant was not open per the hours listed. Staff was not very helpful. Location not great, many homeless people everywhere.

Unfortunately and so sad to see but there was a lot of homeless people close to the hotel, and parking was not ideal. Room was very cold and had to call them to come adjust a switch. Once it was fixed room temperature got warmer.

The location was excellent and the valet made parking a breeze! The staff were all very pleasant and seemed happy to be there. The bed and room size was perfect for our needs.

The only thing I did not like about the room we stayed in was it had an obvious mold or mildew smell upon entering the room.
