Nothing the only positive outcome was the desk staff

Is very dusty the room was horrible worst experience at a Hilton branch

There are renovations in process and the hotel looks closed. Staff are rarely at the desk and you need to call out for them or wait around for them. There was also a homeless man roaming the building.

Yes, extremely rude took my reservation. Tried to make me pay for more. My mom died and my dad was in the hospital so I stayed there and did not explain my deposit back and took one of my reservations away.

Easy parking, easy check-in, very clean, quiet location, good breakfast selections.

Bed was SO hard.

Within walking distance from restaurants and the mall if needed.

No security, if there was security they did not patrol often enough I noticed them in the 3 weeks I stayed at this hotel! Also the only elevator is non-operational! Must use stairs and with weeks of luggage, very inconvenient!!!

The third floor super quiet.

My main complaint was the broken elevator. I have a broken ankle the stairs were not good.. The kids running up and down the halls.

Great location once I was able to find it.

The elevator was out of order the entire time I was there. The pool was closed for maintenance 3 of the four days I was there. These were two of the main issues my experience scored a 5 overall.

Still way too heavy on Covid precautions. Most other hotels in the area are more in line with common sense precautions. We had reservations for several nights but only stayed for 1.

The room was well taken care of. The price was good and the front desk was amazing.

There was a T-shirt under the desk that belonged to a previous occupant. Also I requested a receipt at checkout with a zero balance as expected. 2 days later checking my credit card statement on-line only to find a $50 extra charge & now I have to dispute

Very hard to find. Locations is great but address is not found in GPS and it makes it difficult to find. Once found it is a very nice hotel

Called to have a plumbing issue taken care of at 1p.m. & it took them 24 hours & another call to get it taken care of.
