The staff were friendly and helpful, very approachable. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable.
It was clean, yes, but the carpets in the hallways are very stained, much of the place is dated, and I'm 5'10, yet eye level with the shower head. The plumbing in the place needs a bit of work. Had to close the shower handle fairly hard in order to stop dripping.

Staff was great. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
There was no breakfast. There was no shuttle to the convention center, which I feel should run from 7 AM to 10 PM - even if you charged $5 one-way it would be worth it. The ice machine on the 4th floor wasn't working. No vending machines on each floor. No one wants to go to the lobby to buy a Coke. No safe in the room. Interior rooms have a view of a dirty roof. Only one USB charging port that I could find - on the $5 alarm clock.

The room and facilities were clean.
The hot water was not working. I was unable to shower at night and during the morning before my checkout. I asked for my room to be comped due to that reason, they said they could only offer free breakfast for the inconvenience. This was at 10:30 a.m. they close the hotel Bistro at 11 a.m. Maintaince stopped by the room at 10:45 a.m. to let me know the hot shower was working. I called the hotel guests' services at 9 a.m. for the hot shower situation. My son showered with cold water.. It was cold and rainy outside. Fixing the shower at 30 min until check out was not going to provide me with ample time to get ready to do my hair and makeup. Parking at the hotel is not free for guests. There's a $50.00 charge for valet parking. Valet is the only option. We paid $20 for a 24-hour parking garage around the corner from the hotel. Hotel pictures and rooms do not look like the pictures. Windows' view was to the other rooms and the air conditioners. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Good location
I did not like the $45 mandatory valet parking per day and also my bathroom tub was clogged so the water king to my angles while taking a shower
