Could hear noises from the a/c unit while trying to sleep.my daughter really needed a peaceful night rest to drive home to Louisiana the next day

Noises in bedroom suite from a/c unit was very disturbing throughout the entire night

We had a two bedroom suite that was nice.

Very noisy and the electricity went out keeping us up most of the night. The a/c Turing off was the worst cuz it was very hot and humid. It was a bad stay.

Water was running yellow for 2 days

The hotel's telephone system went down, the fire alarm went off 3 times after 11:00 p.m. The manager was not available on Sunday, and the person up front was absolutely of no help. I kept getting the run around. Do not go there.

I selected this hotel because it had a shuttle from the airport. However, when I tried to contact the hotel - 5 times - each time the phone would answer and then ended the call. Once there, the fire alarm went off 3 times after 11 p.m. Not good!

Rooms was dated , wallpaper tearing from walls . Was put in a room with bedroom tv not working. Maintenance was gone for the day (which was only 4pm) . So no tv until next day.

Nothing! They charged me twice for a room I couldn't even use for more than 45 minutes!

Rooms with malfunctioning ac units should be decommissioned or fixed! Not just swept under the rug and then rented out hoping that no one says anything.

Roaches in rooms, Somes rooms were smelling and you could tell they hadn't been cleaned.

Conversations in lobby with others displaced due to hurricane Betyl.

Air condition did not work. I have went to front desk 3-4 times asking for someone to check the ac. Never got an update and room was 77-z89 degrees. The location is in a industrial area and I saw groups of guys walking throughout the parking lot.

The hotel is easy to access off the highway. The hotel was very clean with professional and nice staffs that make you feel welcome. The breakfast is exceptionally good with varieties to pick from

I liked the front desk attendants, I liked that they had hot breakfast, I liked my suit because it was made like an one bedroom apartment not a studio.

The power was out for 2 days or more but we left the hotel after 2 days without power. The hurricane knocked out the power but we thought they had a backup generator hot breakfast over cooked the hash brown potatoes and they had powdered

Wish the Jacuzzi was filled a little more

The staff were very nice. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was delicious. I Love my hotel room.

New,very clean and well appointed . The young lady at the front desk that night was EXTREMELY kind and helpful.

Shuttle stops running at 9:30 pm, necessitating $25 cab ride

Excellent location for an early flight, clean and updated rooms. Friendly service and great breakfast options . Will stay again.

Proximity to the airport, good customer service & the room.

Didn¿t like that the grass was overgrown or the mildew smell in the room.

The floor levels were not thick enough. You heard people staying on the third floor and out in the lobby.

It is always lovely to have breakfast, and the room was very nice.

I was very pleased overall. I must point out that there were no USB plug-ins for cell phones which may seem like a small matter. However, I have found that nearly all hotels I've stayed in have USB plugins built into the lamps or wall outlets.

The staff is very friendly and will explain all the charges you are paying for when you check in no hidden agenda like some hotels I've stayed at. The hotel has a kitchen area where you can cook your own food.

The room was missing the telephone, the cable box, the drawer from the kitchen sink and the handle to the freezer.

I like the room size, it had a kitchen and the location was near work.

The guest above us was rude, unruly and kept up so much noise we started to feel unsafe.

The room I chose was spacious, the breakfast was good and it was pet friendly.

I'm still waiting on a $25 charge to come off my credit card and I'm on my second stay here.
