Very spacious had a kitchen very quiet close to some amenities

That I had to tell them I wanted my room cleaned everyday I was there

The location but that¿s about it and that¿s just mediocre

This recent stay I had just wasn¿t a great experience. The girl at the front desk at night is very rude and I had to ask twice to get my key card fixed.

I like that the rooms are nice and clean. All rooms have a little kitchen area which is nice.

I don¿t really care for the area. Sometimes late at night people are loud outside or just very inconsiderate of other guests.

Friendly staff and clean rooms

The entire staff at the Homewood Suites Houston - Willowbrook Mall was incredibly welcoming, but I want to give a huge shout-out to Alejandra at the front desk. She was truly phenomenal. Despite a small hiccup with dirty dishes in my room at check-in, she handled the situation immediately with a smile. She also made extending my stay completely seamless. Her 'above and beyond' attitude made all the difference in my trip!

Bathroom had mold in it an bed had cigarette bud ashes in the mattress. Had to leave a day earlier because my son got sick.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Yhe work space provided adequate outlets. The lighting in the bathroom was very good for applying makeup. The kitchenette was appropriately stocked with utensils. Breakfast was delicious and the facilities was stylishly decorated in the lobby.

I liked Everything. There was nothing that I did not like. The only thing was the compressor on the fridge was a little noisy.

the elevator on the first floor was broken. staff were told their boss is cheap and is not wanting to pay to get the elevator fixed

Near shopping mall so it very convenient and breakfast is OK

Most of the staff are friendly but we got a room with a broken lock which can not be fixed during our stay.

The hotel is old and need to do something to update the room.

The breakfast was fine, and provided multiple choices.

The tub was stained, and needs to be replaced. The water didn’t get warm to take a shower.

I like how the location was close to the mall and other restaurants, all within walking distance.

Although we appreciated the free breakfast, it would improve our future stays if they provided more variety of food during breakfast.

Was not made aware of the construction on the building or that the pool was out of order. The main reason I booked the hotel was for the pool

The room was overall comfortable, the size was great, and I love how we could check in and out digitally. The food was ok. Staff were nice and helpful.

We had to kill 3 bugs in the bedroom; all were right next to the bed, which gave me a little anxiety before I went to sleep. I would recommend a good pest control spray. The food was ok, it could be better. Our digital key worked for our room but did not work for the doors to enter the building. We had to walk around to the front to enter our room that was in the back.

The location was great. The staff was helpful. Also, the breakfast was great.
