The elevator beeps very loudly as it passes every floor. You will be subjected to dozens of beeps throughout the duration of your stay, it’s horrific. I’m used to loud noises, and it literally stressed me out because it was so loud and shrill. Dryer broke

Spacious rooms and close to White Oaks Music Hall for concert - walkable. I thought it was fine. My wife and two other females felt a little sketchy walking back though.

Not anywhere near food, unfortunately if you do not have a car, plan on Ubering.

Yes that o couldn¿t cancell my privious reservation. Becouse it was reserved at the wrong time . Amd I wasn¿t allowed to change it . So I paid for an extra 160 for a day I did not need

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Great proximity to the concert venue, White Oak Music Hall. Perfect place to crash after catching a show as an out-of-towner. Indoor pool was a bonus.

The continental breakfast was lacking in flavor, but I can¿t complain too much about it since it was free.

It is a nice clean place and quiet.

Even tho is close to the freeway, it was really nice and quiet. Across the street neighbors were lovely.

The staff was exceptional, the space in our room was so spacious, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Wished the food was a little better, coffee wasn’t very good. Wished it was all more fresh. We were there when there was a conference going on so maybe that had a lot to do with it but everything was clean and we would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was very good. Location for the White Oak Music Hall was perfect. The staff helped me out and resolved very honestly an item of lost property. Four members of staff chatted friendly and were real cool. The maid was also very nice to talk to when I asked for more room supplies. Lobby was clean smelled nice and was modern with various TV's with latest news and an area also for laptops and charging points. There was also no noise from other residents at night and they all seemed pretty descent.

It didn't bother me one bit but one side of the hotel faces a freeway the side I was on and that may bother some people. I was traveling alone and I actually liked hearing the traffic rumble by gently in the night. It was also spectacular to watch the traffic at dusk roll into the city center skyscrapers as a river of red and white lights. If your sensitive to this I would ask for a room on the other side the entrance to the car park side on North and Main St.

Staff was friendly. Shortly after getting into our room front desk called to confirm the room was to our standards and asked if there was anything we needed. Breakfast was great in the morning. Staff in the breakfast area were very friendly and let us know when they were refilling some items if we wanted something fresh. Very courteous. Everyone working at the hotel had such a positive attitude!
