Staff was rude from check in to check out . The cleaning staff was nice . Very old room needed upgrades , air conditioners so loud it sounded like someone was breaking into room. Light sockets were dirty and need to be replaced. Many holes in doors

Нужен бы ремонт и замена мебели. Но тогда и цена вырастет, а они пытаются держать низкую (по сравнению с другими отелями в этом районе) цену.

The room smells like smoke.

This is a 2.5 star at BEST! We were 100% mislead with the 3-star rating. The elevator doors were filthy, furniture is run down, walls had drywall all down the hallway. Carpet is old and worn. Nowhere near a 3-star. False advertising!

It was a Motel 6 with a 3-Star name. Stop lying to people about this being 3-star. We travel a lot and Courtyard is a 5-Star in comparison!

Staff was very friendly

Hotel appearance not as advertised. Pool was green. Hallways in disrepair. Rusted areas of room. Toilets easily clogged.

I liked the location.

I had to change rooms because the first room was dirty. Smoke detector not even attached to wall just hanging. Dirty walls. Crusty and dirty remote. Curtain and couch dirty too. I felt bamboozled.

Price, location, free breakfast and updated rooms and overall building

Comedy of errors: fire alarms at 3:30 am on 2 nights, no hot water at all on one night (no notification), no water at all one morning (broken pipe, but no staff notification)

Breakfast was outstanding along with breakfast staff and housekeeping staff. Front desk clerk was not as friendly but in no way rude..just short and to the point.

Needs updating, however, housekeeping staff worked diligently to keep clean. Some things such as peeling paint and caulking can only be cleaned so much. You can see the effort housekeeping puts forth and they were all friendly and pleasant.

Could not put a Dr. Pepper on my hotel room because someone did not take my credit card at check in; Hotel rep gave me a hard time

This place needs work done has cracks in the room the paint peeling, the fences a falling down and they put me in the back facing the trash can when they had other rooms available

Convenient location, clean room, accommodating staff.

It's in a nice location and breakfast was amazing.

The room was too noisy, close to a busy street. Also, the walls are thin, I could hear people talking from upstairs or next door.

the bedframe cover was very dirty, noticeable stains and splotches. small sofa also needs a deep cleaning or replacement. bathroom could use an update and there was no shampoo or conditioner in the dispensers.

Location was great. Room had an appealing layout.

Mold on the ceilings and wall in bathroom. Water leaking from the ceiling in our room. All of our clothes were damaged and we were offered $25. I told the front desk clerk that $25 was absolutely unacceptable so she said she would comp our room
