The staff. They were AMAZING!!!!
It was clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and pillows. Quite location.
The tv didn’t work properly. The stations were not programmed in. The front desk were unable to help.

The Coffee one morning wasn't great.
The room was nice.
My Windows was broken out of my car and I had to pay $1000.00 to get it fixed and the hotel wouldn't even offer me a night free. I have a business and I was have done that for my guest to help out a little. I will never stay here or recommend this place to anyone. This this area is not what it looks to be.

The Coffee one morning wasn't great.
Clean nice shower spacious room
1. It's Texas and hot. Ac was locked out at 67. Not acceptable. Will not stay again. 2. Door coming off hinges. Kids were unable to shut. Had to slam door
The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Toodles to Alena for all her help
Paying $12.00 a night to park was not so good.
It was very close to the event I was attending.
They lost our reservation and ended up charging me more. Tv did work in the room, light flickering just a really bad experience. And the staff was pretty much like well you paid already so deal with it.
