Hilton Garden Inn Houston Medical Center, TX

I liked the location, customer service, cleanliness, and affordability.

Breakfast is not complimentary, it is paid by customers at high cost. Parking is $20 per night. Even with the inconveniences, it was worth the stay.

Rooms were comfortable, breakfast had healthy options, and staff were friendly.

I was traveling with my furbabies. This hotel was very accommodating for my dogs. The pet fee was very reasonable. The room was a good size and everything was very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was not included.

Cleanliness is lacking, with used tissues scattered everywhere. The bedsheets and blankets are stained and not washed. The bathroom door lacks a lock and is mostly designed for older or sick individuals. The room smells like a medical facility.

The hotel was great.

The shade in the room closed, but the curtains did not. It would have been great to be able to back out my room

I am a Hilton Honors Member, so I usually use this chain of hotels and each and every time I use this chain of hotels, I have a positive experience.

Charge for breakfast, some of the hotels under this same chain have free breakfast included.

The pool wasn't good nor felt clean. Rooms and room service can be upgraded and better customer service training!!

Cleaning room every other day I had a colonoscopy and did the prep and the rest room needed cleaning

The staff was friendly and professional.

The bottom sheet that covers the mattress was a flat sheet, not a fitted sheet. It was draped over the mattress and not tucked in, making it uncomfortable. The pool was a deep green color and appeared unsanitary.

No shuttle service Sunday. Restaurant needs lights! Too dark & dated. Service staff could use basic 101 training.

I liked the meeting spaces in the hotel and the comfortable beds.

i did not realize this hotel was extremely pet friendly and dogs of all sizes would be in the hotel. I did not care for big dogs or little loud dogs to greet me daily.

Room was great. It was easy to see which rooms offered bedrooms and living spaces.

Charging for breakfast and parking, I would expect a velvet option and a better selection of breakfast items.

Breakfast (sausage and potatoes) were horrible both days.

The convenience and ease with getting to the Medical Center. The free shuttle was readily available.

The dinner menu was pricey!
