The restaurant is very nice. Good breakfast, included with stay. Very good dinner. Front desk staff was very friendly, especially Taylor. The shuttle drivers were especially friendly and helpful.

No working electrical outlet in the bathroom.

Shuttle to medical center was perfect.

We couldn't get out of the parking garage because we needed our room key but we had already checked out. So if you park your car, remember to keep a key.... but then by then, who knows it may be deactivated.

The fact that it was close to Dr and staff got us an adjoining room for son that came with us.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel! Location was perfect, everything was clean, breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Pet friendly, touches of being at home while in transition with my move. Wonderful breakfast. Easy to purchase items from market. I do wish there had been some kind of rate for long term stays. But the fee is the same every night.

The hotel was very nice, staff was nice, clean rooms, the breakfast was delicious, my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Shower leaked and ran on floor. Room smelled of dog. Bathroom lavatory barely drained.

It's hard to say what I liked best because it was the best experience I have had in a hotel for so many reasons. The staff was wonderful. So kind. Very clean. Very comfortable. All very lovely!

There was not one thing I did not like about this hotel.

The location can't be beat.

Cleanliness. We checked in to find a huge dried spit "loogie" on the bedroom wall next to the bed. So gross. I took a photo and then cleaned it with disinfectant wipes. Staff promised a future stay coupon but did not deliver. Disappointing.

Breakfast was very good

Charging $15 per day to park is ridiculous, especially when there is nowhere else to park in the area. Also, when you use your room key to get in the garage, the screen says "free." Don't say free and then charge someone later.

The facility is well maintained and has several amenities. I really liked the Welcome with my name on the TV. The room is spacious and up to date. There is an on site restaurant, meeting space, multiple elevators, and a nice lobby.

The restaurant is terribly overpriced and the service wasn't very attentive. It is also a split property so you enter in one way, but it is separated into two properties which was confusing. There were no seasoned front desk reps which could be an issue.

Very pricey, somewhat outdated, plumbing issues and no hot water. Shower was cold! Hotel did not offer discount for the inconvenience. Our trip was for medical purposes to MD Anderson.

Dining area very spacious; shuttle drivers go above and beyond their ¿job¿ as van drivers. Front desk has plenty of help and responded quickly to requests!

Water pipes bursting 3:30 a.m. noise, couldn¿t be helped. Batteries needed in t.v. remote, couldn¿t get T.V. to work.

Transportation! were absolutely great! The eating area and staff helping clean tables, etc. amazing! I had trouble with my TV two different nights, remote needed batteries. The young lady was very helpful. I felt special.

I know ¿acts of God¿ happen, with the pipes bursting and no hot water, the note in the elevator was a little late. I got dressed at 5 a.m. went down to lobby, asked official looking gentlemen what was going on: handled it good. I felt safe.

The location was ideal since we were attending the Texans football game. The hotel is beautiful and very clean.

The location and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They addressed all of my concerns without being annoyed. They respected our privacy and accommodated our requests in a timely manner. The breakfast was great and plentiful with a variety of foo.
