I enjoyed staying in the king studio. It met all my expectations. This hotel offered great amenities such as free breakfast, free Internet, and free parking. Room was Very clean.

The overall experience, everything about the facility was good, free laundry, dinner Mon -Wednesday and workout room. (BYOD) bring your own detergent. lol

I didn't like the luggage carrier/cart.

The hotel was great along with the staff. The icing on the cake was the phenomenal hot breakfast! I will use this hotel when I return to Houston again in the future!

I liked the laundry service, the staff they are so kind, also the surrounding places there are verity of restaurants and the mini kitchen in the rooms

This place is amazing! When we booked I didn’t even realize there was a kitchen in the unit. We had a queen room with pullout bed and it was great! The staff was nice to all of us! Free breakfast every day, and free dinner on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday! What a steal!! I didn’t have a chance to use the pool or anything but it does look nice when it’s warmer outside to swim! I booked even more days while we are waiting for our home to be ready to move in!

The doors are extremely loud and heavy, meaning if you’re a light sleeper you can hear everyone on your floor shutting their door lol other than that there’s nothing else. Would be nice to have a hot tub!

Front manager was rude then we had a young baseball team we were there with and they had a group that I’m not exactly sure what was going on with but they had to be with cops the whole time which did not make us feel to great! The kids they were in charge of would use vulgar language and they would not be corrected! Definitely not a situation I would like to stay at again!

Everyone was friendly

I liked how spacious the room was. I reserved a suite with a kitchen. Everything was there and functional. I loved the refrigerator. It helps a lot when you have a toddler. They need their snacks. Having a sink is a life-saver too!

The room was outdated and smelled like old cigarettes. Even though there is a Non-smoking property sign inside the hotel. Also there was smudged blood on the door. And there were stains on the carpet. The telelvision in the room is next to the bed not directly in front. This was a first in a hotel for me.LOL.

Loved the area, security, and staff was helpful.

Increase wifi signal

Facility is clean. Comfortable rooms. Kind and helpful staff. Security around the clock for safety.
