Hilton Garden Inn Houston NW/Willowbrook

Close to hospital.

No hot water at all in the room. Front deak wouldn't try to fix it either said "wait on tomorrow".i had surgery 530am next morning and had to take 2 showers one before midnight and another at 430am. 2 miserable showers i had to endure.

Bathroom was filthy and dirty, it was NOT cleaned when we got there AND we got to the hotel at 7:30!!!!

Absolutely NOTHING!

The AIR CONDITIONS WENT OUT AROUND 3am THEY COUKD MOVED US TO A DIFFERENT ROOM BECAUSE THEY ALREADY DID THEIR PAPERWORK.

The hotel did not have any towels. We weren?t the only ones that had this issue. Also, out soap dispensers in the shower were not refilled when we checked in and had to shower with the hand soap dispenser from the sink.

The hotel advertised a pool online, but the pool was filled in when we got there. None of the ice machines were working on any floor. And the staff was not very welcoming.

The Desk staff were not helpful at check in. The desk staff wasn?t accommodating at all I asked for a room close to the elevator but wasn?t assigned one nor giving an explanation given as to why not! I was not made aware breakfast wasn?t complimentary

I really liked my room

There was only 1 working elevator and there was no ice, and the room was too hot due to the power going out

Staff was nice

Many things were broken. Boiler, back doors.

Customer service is not the best especially the ones overnight. It?s like you can get anything to drink and they don?t even ask what room number or your name not good because that means that anybody can get snacks and put it on your room number

Clean,comfortable beds, clean bathroom and friendly staff.

The bedding smell was horrendous. The bathroom was too small for door barely opened and closed from touching the toilet. Toilet paper cheap and towels okay quality. Considering this is Hilton it should nice thick towels. Very disappointing

I loved that we had arrived earlier than our scheduled time at the hotel and Hotel employee that was working there that afternoon was able to accommodate us to a room. She?s very friendly we really appreciate her. Great location to our location. Very comfortable.

Checked in around midnight, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice a clean.

Not really

Room was good, was really clean. The room was nice, but it didn't have enough pillows for the number of us staying

The sofa bed didn't have sheets. I went to the front desk and they told me they didn't have any more pillows or sheets. I booked the night for my husband and 3 kids and we didn't have any extra things. The front desk was a little rude with the location.

Clean hotel in a quiet environment.

The hotel is not near downtown.

Close to place I was visiting

Staff was rude. The place was disgusting. I¿m handicapped and had to go down to the lobby twice, once to get pillows and once to get blankets. They said only one person was working in the whole building and they couldn¿t bring anything to me.

The customer service was amazing, such helpful staff and great rooms.

The only complaint I havr is that there was a strong odor of weed, getting on and off of the elevators.

I loved the location, price, and the staff were very nice.

My bathroom was a bit dusty. The room didn¿t seem to have been thoroughly cleaned.
