I liked the whatever very much. It’s just the night before I told the front desk person. I’m leaving at 7 AM for The. airport but that 7 AM shadow leaves at 6:50 and I got down at 6:50. The van was just leaving. The driver later they leaves 10 min early

Breakfast was good.

The room was clean but the smell was so so.

Staff at the reception desk was very helpful, she did her best to help while on shift for the lack of running water and unsanitary conditions. I was refused a change on my flight due to said conditions. Receptionist and Manager were rude

The only thing great about this hotel is the customer service of staff. There was no hot water or pressure night one, no running water, couldn’t shower, flush the toilet. Bit by bed bugs

The guy working in the evening was very nice, engaged in conversation. Personable, and had great customer service!

There was bed bugs and roaches in the room. I was able to change my room and that room had a roach as well.

There was a big blood stain on the carpet and the hot water did not work. They would not change my room.

It was filthy!!! This hotel is nasty and I don¿t know how they expect you to want to touch or sit on anything in that hotel!!!! Definitely not worth the price we sat in there from 9 am to 3pm and we left that¿s how uncomfortable the filth made us feel!!

The bed was very comfortable.

There was no storm and for some reason the power went out in the hotel around 8pm. Thus no lights, TV, or heat. Power came back on at 6am, temperature in the room was 58F. No hot breakfast or coffee because of quarantine issues. We got a sack breakfast.

Staff was friendly & professional, but limited to the change of ownership.

Close to airport, price

No parking spaces, vehicles in handiicaps and no tags, very tight parking spaces. Roaches in the room. and specially is advertised hot breakfast , NO they still do not have permit and put you a cold busquit in a paper sack with a .10c juice.

A roof over my head

The room was very beat up around the walls, water stains, there were huge fruit flies in the room, the bathroom was unfinished around the tub, there was a stain on the couch. The first room had vomit on the floor. No water in the vending machines

Close to airport and sheets and towels were clean.

There was an unknown stain on the carpet, remnants of splatter on the wall and it was very dated.

Horrible hotel!shuttle would not pick us up at terminal we landed at suggested we get an Uber or to walk from term E to B. Had to wait about an hour for shuttle to pick us Took 3 phone calls. No Shuttle next day. Had to Uber

4 rooms rented here all were disgusting. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. This hotel is a $--- a night hotel not worth a penny more. Carpet was disgusting. Showers were gross. Was scared to stay there as there is a high chance the bedshee

hadn't been changed either. I slept on top of the flat sheet and used my travel blanket and a shirt over the pillow. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Nothing. Hotel was disgusting. There were 4 couples and every room was disgusting. In bad need of repair. Would not stay here again . I expected the hotel to at least be clean for a Comfort Inn but it was so gross.

Everything. Hotel was disgusting. Dirty floors, stains, showers not clean, coffee pot half full, carpet was disgusting. Bathroom had rust on the bottom of a gross door that wouldn't even shut. Do yourself a favor and book another hotel.

We didn't get the exact room we booked. Carpet in the room was very old dirty and smell very bad.

The price only was good

I assume a storm came a while ago but I keep feeling like a the hotel was going to fall apart. TVs was horrible and to get breakfast you had to go to another hotel. The just need to shut t down and finish remodeling before someone gets hurt

I was not told that this hotel was under renovations. Half of the walls we cut out. It was plastic covering different areas of the hotel. There were air blowers/ fans everywhere blowing dust around. The ceilings were gone, it was just wood. Construction
