Air conditioner fan was noisy

As with most things - the staff.

The ambient lighting in the room needs attention. Also I was expecting an oven and the kitchenette did not include one. This tho Isnt within the ability of the hotel to fix - on my last night the fire alarm went off 3-4 times. A kid being annoying.

Room had a large fridge, sink and stove.

The TV did not have many kids channels.All streaming services said it could not connect to the internet. Also an older man who was making pancakes did not offer to make some for my wife and child. But when a white couple came he was delighted to help them

Nothing! This was a 1 star hotel at best.

AC unit sounded like a freight train, no service to help with bags, hotel was dingy and old. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in.

My vehicle was vandalized. Catalytic converters stolen. Police came. Hotel was no help at all. Was very rude about it.

It¿s a quiet area the rooms are nice and clean I liked the shower and the AC was the best I had it down to 60 the whole time.

Only bad thing was the WiFi wasn¿t working so we couldn¿t watch Netflix on the TV and breakfast wasn¿t that great .

Location and walking distance to restaurants and local shopping center.

Sad to see a lot of amenities not available at this time: gym due to renovations, lack of normal buffet breakfast (grab n go instead), and it looks like there may have been an area for happy hour? Also, we did find one tiny roach that we had to get kill.

Good room at $---/night. More than that would have been overpaying in current condition as they are still remodeling/rebuilding.

Did not mention that fitness center was not functioning; had a problem with safe; minimal food offerings, but room was a kitchenette.

This Hotel has the best staff and is very clean. The area is filled with Nice restaurants and shopping within walking distance.They really know how to make you feel at home.

Location was perfect for dining and a nearby park

Floor appeared to be dirty upon arrival but housekeeping explained it was specks of paint and mopped floor. Ants were in the bathroom and there was a leak from the refrigerator.

Very clean room and nice hotel.

My pickup was broken into directly in front of the hotel lobby. They broke my window and stole about $1,000 and cost me $250 to fix my window. I don't know how they did this without the hotel's attention. The hotel said there is no security camera outside

My pickup was broken robbed at this hotel. It was directly in front of the main lobby. They busted my window. Somehow no one was alerted. I don’t know if they silenced my alarm or what. Hotel didn’t have any cameras outside to help with the process

The one bedroom suite ... Its also quiet and contemporary

Ants in bathroom and on floor I. Bedroom I got bit on my foot and my inner thigh. There were little tiny b7gs 9n counter in kitchen and they got in my food

The amount of space in the room was great. I loved the kitchen and that the entire hotel was ECO friendly. The staff were great!

Comfortable bed, little kitchen area, nice bathroom, full breakfast with OK food.

The parking lot was too isolated to be as poorly lit as it was.

Price of the room.

Bed was too hard, and room was small. Toilet needed to be several inches higher for adults.

Room is clean and spacious. Bed is very comfortable. Full size refrigerator and kitchen.

The pressure of shower water is very weak. It looks like they are allowing pets at the hotel. Sometime, you can hear the dog barking sound and see them at the elevator.
