Room was nice and had all of the amenities for a longer stay such as refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and 10 cup coffee maker

Arrived for breakfast on second morning and they were out of egg dish at 0830.

Breakfast was done way before closing time. Also walls maybe are too thin kid upstairs kept running.

The location was perfect for the places we needed to go. Not far from the interstate.

We were out of hot water for two days. The internet connection to the rooms was down due to a power outage and off and on for two days. Trash was in the room under the bed from the previous occupants. All of these concerns were brought to the attention of the staff. They addressed the cleanliness of the room immediately.

The hotel was near to the place we were visiting.

The floor in the room was wet from a leak. The tile in the kitchen had pooling water on the floor. The room was beginning to smell due to the water. When I told the person at the front desk at checkout, she said the floor was wet because the room next door is where their WiFi/internet room was located. I’m not sure why they put us in a room that they knew was unacceptable. We only stayed for one night and checked out early the next morning.

Bed was not comfortable and too easy to hear other guests through the walls and ceiling. Smells weren't that nice.TV is an odd place compared to the desk and the bed.

This location is super convenient and just off Beltway 8! Checking in & out was seamless. The entire staff was really nice, helpful and accommodating! The room was clean: the dishes, utensils, appliances, TV, desk, etc. were clean and in excellent working order! The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was okay: the coffee was hot & tasty but the food was a little meh although the waffle maker is a nice touch and the breakfast attendant was a doll!!

I would have liked a room with a bathtub if available and I wasn't sure what happened with the cable; Showtime was available the first night then it disappeared ??‍♀️

Toilet was not very clean, but everything beside that was Exelent.

Absolutely loved everything especially the full blown breakfast that accommodated guest even when the power went out my last day there. Everything from staff, my room, parking everything was perfect!!!

The fitness room the equipment was not working at all. The mirror in the equipment room was busted broken. Work out room not clean at all trash can dirty and no bag in trash can

The pool was closed because they are renovating. Wish that was listed before booking because we really wanted to stay. Bed was not that comfortable but other than that enjoyed the stay.

The staff barged into our hotel accusing us of smoking for no apparent reason saying we set off a fire alarm that only tells them the hotel room. NO SIRENS or alarms went off which indicates they were trying to racially profile me and my fiance. We had two TVs in our room and only one worked.

I left items in my room and they were taken I call as soon as I left and they were not there.
