The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Employee checked me in and she was very patient and kind.

Hotel employee were so very nice and professional they always made me feel comfortable and made sure my room was ready and clean very nice staff

Be careful staying here You get what you pay for People here are shady The place is 70 percent dump If it didn't have the Candlewood Suites name This place would be a motel 6 Loud music and a 100 dollar deposit should scare you off Shady people in

The location and that it had a kitchenette.

I would have appreciated if I was alerted the hotel is under complete renovation. It was an absolute mess, but that is not hotel staff¿s fault. Some pots located in the dishwasher had burned on food. The burner plate was also burned. Some staff very rude.

The staff were all amazingly friendly and kind people. They provided excellent answers and quick service every time.

The entrance and lobby being under construction was a bit off-putting. The dishes in the dishwasher were not clean...stuck on food, dirty water inside flipped over cups and pots, nasty smell. The location is a bit farther from the area I wanted to be.

The staff was not present when room keys needed to be reset , the security of the door didn’t feel locked and secured!

The bed was nice and soft, and the location was perfect!

The hidden fee’s are crazy, basically paid 33% more than advertised!!!

There were bugs in our room and I'm not sure what products they use to clean the bedding but we kept breaking out.

The hotel was not up to par. After I check in, I was notified the hotel was going to have water shut off Monday, feb 25, 2019 for maintenance from 8:00 - 6:00 pm! I was planning to stay in and relax and with no water that did not happen! Big inconvenience

A quiet place that, for me, is very conveniently located. I do consulting work. This spot is well-priced and near my clients...BUT it is also near important basic shopping spots and a variety of restaurants.

The elevator was annoyingly slow.

They have this employee  he his a wonderful person. Interms of customer service I'll score him 10/10. I also like the fact that it's located where you can get everything like convenient store,bar,restaurants and many more.

I liked everything.

The rooms were spacious, including the restroom. Also loved that there was a laundry and weight room facility on site.

The location is a little sketchy, but besides that no complaints.

The kitchenette was lovely and the overall design of the room.

The heater/ac kept setting off the alarm in the room, releasing smoke into the room and was non functional, thus causing us to sleep in the cold. The staff on site was helpful, rude and not accommodating.
