Four Points by Sheraton Houston West

Location was good

Lack of help at the front desk. We were switched to (3) different rooms because of the following reasons: Wrong bed type- given two queen beds instead of a King that was purchased. No cable - but was then told that they do not have cable.

Free parking

Room was dirty, elevator does not work, I got charged twice

Quiet & comfortable

I think dining was closed & I thought hot tub would be open even though it was outside - but it appeared to be closed

Quiet

I found a roach in my bed when I first checked in and also there was food in the microwave I guess from when whoever was there last.

Friendly staff

Too expensive and not safe location; more than 5 vehicles got their windows broken into including my truck. Hotel management should provide more cameras and security to avoid this situation again.

Was not aware the bar/restaurant would be closed. Big part in why we picked this hotel. Not having total privacy in the bathroom (no lock and large gap in the closing doors) was a turn off.

-Bar wasn?t open on weekends -no free breakfast as advertised -understaffed up front -24 coffee often out -charged us twice for our room -cold water pressure poor

Ac was very loud and had an exposed vent (full front cover was broken)

Nothing. I was out in a out of service room and when I called the front desk he said we have no more rooms so deal with it.

I could not shower in the morning.

Location, price.

Pool was closed, they charged for breakfast, place was barely what I?d call clean, elevators worked about half the time, and there were GLASS SHARDS in the shower that I thankfully saw before I stepped on.

Hotel had power outage and I was not notified. Had to book another hotel to stay at an inflated price

Good location near I 10 and the West Beltway.

First room smelled like dog urine. Replacement room was clean, but the lock up top was broken off and the deadbolt near the door handle did not work. Also shower knob was broken. Also, pool and hot tub are were closed with a notice by the health dept!

Hard to be positive after a very unpleasant stay. They allowed pets.

The entire checkin process was horrendous. Checkin should have been available beginning at 3pm. Our first room wasn¿t ready until after 4 pm. We didn¿t get into our 2nd room until after 7 pm. On top of that, our second room type that was booked was change

Quiet & clean! Staff was helpful when needed.

First was good until morning showers, no water. Maintenance tried fixing for 70 minutes as we waited. Unsuccessful, had to switch rooms. Night two the humidity in the room was 100% with a layer of water on everything. Other issues also, but max characters

Free safe parking (even for bigger vehicles), always professional desk personnel (i come every other weekend) cold A/C, dark curtains, comfortable bed ( i like a firm bed), small fridge in room, 4 pillows, clean rooms.

Nothing this trip

The best part of the entire hotel is the front desk staff. Hotel employee made my entire trip more than enjoyable. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I am looking forward to returning as soon as I can simply because of those two. Amazing!

Location and quality check in was super easy under the circumstances staff was outstanding and courteous I would love to stay here again and more than likely I will.

I always enjoy the staff, the quietness and cleanliness.

Clean rooms, water was hot and plentiful, decent beds with nice bedding, no loud guest this trip, black out curtains, free seemingly safe parking, 2 always working elevators, very nice professional front desk personnel. Ice cold Refrigerators in roomsEtc!

Easiest access is via tollroad - Clay exit is toll tag only - pet friendly hotel
