Elevator was broken when we left so we had to drag our things down the stair well. Not good for senior citizens.

The hotel is so old and dirty from outside inside. Pictures on their website doesn?t resemble the reality. The room had a weird smell too heavy smell. AC was not well functioning to be honest we were shocked and we will never stay at holiday Inn hotels.

Location close to event venue, front desk attendant nice and helpful

Room is old and dirty, hair on bed, sheets did not felt clean, musky carpet shower curtain did not feet and was very old, one of the beds was missing all the sheets, we call the attendant and he handed us the sheets for us to do the bed

people at front desk are very friendly especially the one that checked me in at very particular evening

I was on the second floor the person on the third floor above my room was walking like an elephant he or her steps woke me up around midnight I could not sleep till he or she settled down. He started again around 3AM.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great.

The shower curtain had a few black marks on it.

Well kept property. Decent hot breakfast buffet. Have stayed here often and like the location and staff.

What I like this is the location the breakfast cleanliness of the room awesome staff an amazing privacy

What I didn¿t like about the hotel is only the pool swimming pool was dirty and it was outside also the ground keep sticker bushes growing through all the plants

Absolutely dirty rooms and filthy pool. I would have Holiday Inn audit this place. I bet it will fail at multiple levels.

Hotel is clean and quiet. It is close to shopping and restaurants.

Customer service was excellent, beginning from the front desk. The breakfast was perfect. Housekeepers are amazing. I stayed 7 nights and the housekeepers always come to clean my room.

This hotel is perfect.

Nothing it had bedbugs and manger has not called me yet. They told me the manger would reach out.

The 1st room key I was given had a person already in it, the 2nd room smelt very strongly of smoke, and the 3rd room was the quality of a motel. I ended up not staying because I didn't feel comfortable in the area or with the cleanliness of the room.

Clean and well kept property. Have stayed here many times. I am pleased they have updated their landscaping, bushes trimmed and maintained. Very nice breakfast buffet and an attendant who is friendly and helpful. Room and interior spaces well kept.

When I arrived, I was extremely exhausted. I asked for a room away from the elevator and away from a lot of people due to bad experiences at other hotels. I never heard a peep from any other guest. I was able to get the rest I needed.

The morning staff was helpful on fixing the problems

Rooms were dirty, light bulbs were out, missing a toilet seat. Also the only way to access the hotel was from the front door, side entrances were disabled even the one from the pool to the hotel

It took more than 15 minutes to check in. Once entering the room, I sat my dinner on the table and a roach approached it on the table. I was disgusted. Garbage was in the garbage can. I felt very uncomfortable.

Cleanliness. The elevator smelled like pure smoke

Convenient to where I need to be.

First night stay part of room sustained flooding, had to live w/ beach towels on floor to absorb water, it was late no action can be taken until next morning. Staffing was OK. Hotel needs updating/cleaning. Location not desirable. Poor quality breakfast.

I forgot the guys name at the front desk guy who works in the morning until about six or 7 PM was extremely nice and helpful. He was very professional and very accommodating
