Residence Inn By Marriott Houston Medical Center Reliant Park

Great, competent, helpful staff, especially at the front desk. Everyone from cleaning staff to maintenance people were friendly and cheerful. Rooms were spacious with large kitchen and living areas.

The only negative was unusual layout with limited parking area in front of hotel to load and unload baggage during checking process.

Mostly met my expectation in terms of cleanliness, spacious rooms, comfortability, and hospitality. The location was perfect for my trip.

1. Paying for parking. 2. The hotel elevators and the first-floor/ hallway had a very strong unpleasant smell of marijuana.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were there during the pandemic and felt very safe and like they did a great job of cleaning and encouraging social distancing. The staff was wonderful and so friendly. They had a great grab-and-go breakfast!

Hair from previous guest left on shower. It's a suite with a kitchenette, yet only 1 small trash can in the bathroom.

Like the staff very much. Delmi Resinos at the breakfast was amazing.

The hotel room needs some renovation. The TV was not working properly, , the shower got clogged several times, the knives were not sharp, and the refrigerator didn’t close properly.

Perfect spot to walk to and from NRG stadium. Nice & clean & it has a parking garage that only unlocks the gate with a room key, to safely park our vehicle.

The staff was the best.

Rooms need to be more cleaned and the kitchen utensils were very old, and many of them couldn’t be used.

Great complimentary breakfast. We enjoyed the home-cooked Mexican breakfast and other options to round out the breakfast. Offered over a long enough span that we could still sleep in after late-night meetings.

My only complaint was the mattress. The overly firm mattress left me restless through the night, trying to find a comfortable position. But I respite in waking up and reading on the comfortable in room couch in the morning.

Everything was very clean and room was super spacious.

Beds were too hard for my opinion. And being charged for parking was a first for us.

The staff was friendly, facility/room was clean, and everything worked! My kids loved the breakfast! That was my second time staying and I loved it!

It was nice and like parking. U have to have ur key car to park so nobody off the streets can park. That’s a plus and a security guard watching ur car.

The breakfast was not all that.

My friend was not asked for the name on the room to get a key.

All staff were friendly, polite and professional. The location is a 10/10 & the car parking is great
