Water pressure was terribly low for shower. Worked better the next morning. Another customer asked if they were still having issues with car break-ins and the clerk said yes.

extremely nice. but will not stay this again and making another trip to Houston unfortunately unfortunately trying to find another motel 

Very impossible to get my deposit back .gentleman that trash, staring at me and my friend was very scary. He started taking pictures of us. We decided it was time to go immediately

Place was under construction so there was hammering at 8:30 am. No free breakfast; third day no coffee; no ice machine on our floor; place was hard to get to; $75.00 per day credit card charge for incidentals; Will never stay here again;

Our room was very hot and the hot water did not work in the shower.

Close to where we had to go. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff hospitality was great.

It's a pretty nice hotel.

I didn't like that after I arrived they informed me of a $75.00 nonrefundable deposit for my dog. I have stayed there in the past and have never before been charged a deposit and I think they should put that in their advertisement.

Location is what I needed. Water pressure was excellent. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and up to date.

Air conditioning did not cool the room even though it was set as low as the thermostat would allow.

Nice bed

The shower was full of mold, I tried to shower but chunks of black mold joined the water. They advertised a hot breakfast but all that was offered was muffins in a package.

Absolutely! Untrained staff working front desk with no oversight! Unstable checkout process. Got charged a 2nd time, instead of them releasing my incidental deposit back, they charged me again for my room. Can't get suov every time I call. Still no luck!
