Red Lion Inn & Suites HOU Airport Road

Couldn’t use bathroom for 3 hours because of no water, booked for 2 queen beds sent to a too With 1., pool was was closed - pool and hot tub was a biohazard!!! Even with no water for 3 hours hotel was still checking ppl in and not telling anyone about it

Hotel Personnel was very Professional, Courteous and Friendly. Breakfast was fresh. Hotel lounge area gave me a welcome feel.

Wish they had a indoor pool. Kids running in the hotel hallway.

They made me move to Another room and did not accommodate the same.type of room . They missed several days of cleaning the room

Complaint and sent emails for compensation and full reimbursement. The hotel was gross and dirty, was put into three different rooms because of this issue

Staff, switched rooms TV didnt work, floors were dirty(the kind you want to wear shoes all the time), gym equipment broken, gym had no A?C, jacuzzi broke mosquito infested, pool gate lock inoperable board to keep open(Major security and liability issues)

The ac leaked water all over carpet that made the room smell like wet rags

The first room assigned was dirty. No bedsheets food on the desk. Housekeeping . Issued another room it was passable for being clean. Ice machine throughout the hotel were broken. We had to go to the store to get ice. Pool water was green and cloudy.

Ice machine not working also 100 deposit that takes a week to return to your account

The customer service was horrible, no clean towels upon request. Our keys wouldn?t work on different occasions. The room was cold even with the heat set on 88. The whole experience was horrible. Will never book again

The TV remote didn?t work well and the noise from the next room was over bearing effected our sleep

Suite/King Room did not have a full length mirror. Most women expect this when on vacation.

Cleanliness, breakfast not available at the times advertised. In a bad part of town.

Was given a room initially that was completely dirty; had not been cleaned. Entire 2nd floor stank like marihuana. Was given another room on 1st floor that was cleaned, but had strong smell of room freshener of some sort. Lots of noise all night long.

Very thin walls and ceilings. The people above us were jumping up and down and running round until past midnight. Kept us all up. Rooms need a little fixing. Toilet paper roll hold just broke and laying on floor. A bit dirty. Dusty

Location is close to the airport. Dining options and mall nearby.

Cable down on day 3 and was still not back on at check-out next a.m.. Spoke with Manager about how hotel plans to compensate guests. Manager said, (paraphrasing), we're not doing anything b/c it's on Direct TV. Laquinta's now off my list of hotel stays.

The breakfast was from 6-9 and we got down there around 8:15 and I feel like they should have cooked more food instead of letting items not be fresh at the end.
