they jacuzzi did not work. I called and ask if it was working, they said it was but when I got there it wasn't heating up.

Very nice housekeeper!! Was clean and quiet. Would stay here again.

They do not tell you that you have to pay to park, they just charge your credit card. It was fine, but I just wish they had told me first.

Location was good

The Starbucks Food options were limited. Some more like Omlettes should be included for breakfast. The bread toast and scrambled eggs is what we get at other hotels and I am tired of having that. Please provide more healthy food options.

Well-maintained property and the staff were absolutely incredible! Comfortable beds and bedding.

dead bug in middle of floor when entered room. refrigerator was frozen solid. but was changed out within hour. was not informed there was a fee for parking. i found out after returned home and the charge was on my card

Location, cleanliness and price

After paying cash and being printed a receipt my debit card was still charged. I was told by staff if not corrected to call back, no confirmation. All the unecessary calls to get things in order all because someone overlooked a big detail.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have been traveling to Houston every 3 months for 2 years and the noise at night at the hotels, has been noisy. Night sleep was excellent at the Courtyard.

The shuttle staff was very friendly, but shuttle service wasn't always available. The shuttle service hours were too short. I was stranded at the hospital in the evening and couldn't find a way back to the hotel.

I was in Houston for a conference & took the shuttle to & from the site daily. Each driver was extremely courteous & helpful, as were the desk staff. The room was perfectly clean. Helpful to have printer in lobby for boarding passes. Excellent experience.

Great location -- walking distance to restaurants, shops, market. Freeway close.

The staff and the small restaurant were very nice. Hotel Employee gave excellent suggestions for a snack or dinner. The location of the hotel is good. You are close to Rice Village and other shopping areas.

The room I was in had several stains on the carpet. Other than that, it Was nice

Good hotel for the price on the weekends! Good, comfortable, clean rooms at a reasonable price. Close to Lakewood Church. We always stay here when in Houston.

It was clean and quiet

Well, we weren't there as much, but it was kind of in an obscure part of town. It wasn't a bad side of town, it was close to Rice and good eateries but it was confusing to get to because of its location (West University not the Museum district)

staff very accommodating, arrived early and was given a room upon early arrival.

The bed was in poor condition, lumpy. TV location to the immediate left of the bed .

Room was comfortable and staff was amazing.
