Affordable and clean!

Breakfast was very lackluster, muffins and coffee. Some juice I think.... I would have liked some protein, eggs, sausage, bacon, etc

Felt safe during my stay.

Our room was not cleaned while we were gone. We also didn't get clean towels nor our bed made either. Every hotel I've ever stayed in they always freshened up the room while I was gone. Other than that it was good.

Located closest to an event we attended.

The front desk staff were less than friendly and charged an extra $30 for early check in. Minimal essentials in room. No facial tissues or hand soap.

No place to hang traveling cloths with hangers. No where to seat luggage than on the floor (need fold out luggage holder and simple hanging rack mounted to the wall. No place to put personal shower products while in the shower (no soap, shampoo holder)

Nice giant pristine well lit parking. Rooms are nice n clean and have usb ports and bright led lighting No carpets which means no mildew or filth. They do mop the floors with bleach Next to a Whataburger

Maids carts wheels make ton of noise when they go past your room. Maybe they can get rubber tires?

The hotel did not have...

No iron, clothes rod but no hangers, TV did not work, lights were harsh with no dim lighting, cleaning staff was rude and rushed us as we were leaving, shower had hair all over the walls, there was nowhere to put soap bar except on the counter, there were not enough towels for two people even though we listed that two people would be there, the door would not close properly so we accidentally left it ajar a few times thinking we had closed it.

What Breakfast? as there a breakfast, and if so why wasn't I told? The only thing I liked about this property was the location, which is why I chose it. Oh, and the AC was cold for the most part.

I did not like the miserly nature of the amenities, such as the tiny wafer thin bar of soap, which was the only soap provided. The lack of cleanliness (true clean), and noise of cleaning carts, which made it difficult to sleep late.

The room has great lighting.Water pressure good. “Breakfast” was a terrible granola bar. We asked for bottom floor through app and the front desk gave us a hard time about it and tried to put us on 2nd. Parking lot is well lit.We put the sign down not disturb and housekeeping kept coming in daily

Close to downtown area.

Items from my room turned up missing and when asked about it nothing was done about it. Also room was entered when we were not there but claimed it wasn’t.

The facility was very clean the beds were comfortable and the hotel staff were very nice welcoming the location was also close to most of the events we went to

The water didn’t get that hot either time we took baths

I booked for a non smoking room but that room smells like someone smoked in that room. It was musty and need to use some air freshener to lessen the smell.

The location is easily accessible from the entire city. Just off 610. We requested a top floor room and it was granted. The room was spotlessly clean. Good value for the price.

The proximity of highways and railway lines make it noisy, which is not the hotel's fault.

There were no options for breakfast

Room door was left open while I was out of the room, no one cleaned the room. No fresh towels or bed linen were given.

they ignored our request for a ground floor room as we are seniors having problems climbing stairs. We made the request two or three weeks in advance. no response, no nothing. very disappointed!
