Dirty hotel right the entrance to the room.dog making noises from the next room . pool area was too hot and dirty

It didn’t seem like it was in the safest area and I had several issues with my room. I’d actually like to receive a refund for part of the stay due to several circumstances related to the room and my family’s health.

One of my favorite hotels ever. ALL the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, the room was flawless, and the location (though further from downtown than I usually stay) had great roads to make getting downtown easy.

Everything and everyone! From arrival to breakfast to departure, hotel employees were so welcoming. They made this stay home away from home for us.

The indoor pool area was warm which intensified the chlorine smell. I suggest more ventilation because I had an asthma flare up.

Roaches, bed hard

Hotel was Infested with Fleas they had to move me .The Second room was Dirtier I left Asapon top of that I had to pay 12 for parking plus 50 dollars deposit that Nobody told me about. This is A Crackhead Hotel it¿s not what it used to be 0 Star

Don¿t Recommend to Homeless ppl unless the like Fleas oh and the Stove didn¿t work either

Beautiful, clean and safe!

Nothing!

First off, hotel is nasty and has roaches! I have videos of roaches crawling on the wall while dead ones on the floor. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned. Breakfast was horrible! Outdated milk was sat out! Never again!

My child loved having a basketball court to play on. The area was well kept and we didn't have any problems during our stay.

The staff was friendly and our room was nice and clean!

The pool was ice cold. There was no heater to the pool, my daughter was having a pool party and couldn¿t swim because of how cold the water was. Kind of put a damper on our stay but other than that it was a great place!

It was quiet and clean, room was more than enough for a comfortable stay.

Had to pay for parking and wasn't even told about it, I was ask for a card like in any hotel at check in but was never told I was actually being charged for parking.

Occasionally, there was was unkept trash on the premises. I¿m sure they have a schedule to keep the parking lot clean, but it was noticeable.

The room I requested was for four people, but there was only towels for two people. Of course they gave extra towels, but it was an inconvenience.

The room was really great with lots of space.

The bed was too soft for me and I wish there were more grab and go breakfast options.

Place is a dump. Wall paper coming off everywhere. Cockroaches in room. Trash from previous occupant under sink. Tried to make it smell nice after someone smoked in the room, but no deep cleaning to actually get rid of smell.

There was not anything in the Market but they were waiting on a delivery

The location was right near a mall and food places and easy access to freeways.

The customer service is terrible! There was a bug and a frog in my room. The a/c did not work in my room and I was offered a way smaller room with less amenities which I declined so they said they would have someone come look at it that never came.

It’s very convenient to access to freeway and restaurants and food store.

Paid parking. Houston is big and land is cheap so I don’t think that customer should be paying for parking. The hotel manager is very nice and she didn’t charge us parking fee.

Room was dirty. Stains on the floor, shower curtain and kitchen.

Housekeeping only came the first 2 days the room smelled horrible the toilet seat should have been replaced it was damaged and looked gross. Some residents Inns are more clean and more professional Willow Brook location sucks!!
