Nice size rooms and good lovation
The staff was terrible and there were only bread products for breakfast. No fruit, no oatmeal and rarely was there coffee. There were many people complaining. Also, the clientele of this hotel was terrible. Mostly everyone here looked like gang member.
This new kid in the block is brilliant. Much accommodation in Galleria are tired but this place is fresh and staff constantly try at a time when it's tough. Some might find it too simple but I love the apartment set up incl for cooking,extras availab
Minor niggles
I love the location as my main place to visit was hilctoft. Breakfast was awesome, fresh and individual packed. Staff was courteous and nice.
Got concerned when saw my door seal (covid clean seal) was broken.
The location was great, and I was happy for a private parking garage.
There was absolutely NO housekeeping offered during the entire duration of our stay. Had I known that, I would have stayed elsewhere.
