Cons -

The bathroom and tubs were disgusting! Paint chipped all over the apt, stains on bathroom floor, grimy doors, roaches and cobwebs at the front door outside, filthy pool burned the kids eyes, aluminum foil around the stove burners, noisy fridge. BAD
