Motel 6 Houston, TX – Hwy 249 and Fallbrook

They are trying to improve, but the painters were very sloppy and paint is everywhere

It smelled weird and the check in guy wasn't very pleasant

It was loud and smelly they had construsction and water damage and the lady was rude and took forever to check in not a comfortable stay I took a shower and left an hour later.

Bed bugs was A Major issue..... I stayed up all night after driving 16 hours I was Really upset... Then I wake up and have bites all over me. I wasted $70.00 bucks

NOTHING ! although the staff did check us in early they were very rude & racist

staff rude No sitting area Racist When I already payed online a staff member is going to tell me I cant sit in the lobby to wait

The price

The staff was horrible, the room smelled like weed, the whole floor smelled like weed, the room was not ready for a guest, when a man who doesn¿t introduce himself knocks and goes oh I have to change the lights.

Clean you can smell the cleaness

my friend was given me and my kids a ride there everything was good at first he asked how many I say 2 Adult 3 kids ok cool he say no visitor that was fine also but when he seen my friend walk in too help us he changed I explained he just put us out rude

No pillows, bed covers dirty ,and I needed help fixing my time of stay I got brushed off and ignored.

I like it because it's very clean, the rooms smell good and the workers are friendly, there's a lot of space

No breakfast, roaches everywhere. Tv screen black can’t see a picture on it, smoke detector going off for no reason

I didn't get to stay there they canceled my reservation and I want my money back from you.

Tara wasn't able to get there on the first day and when I got there they had canceled my reservation and I wasn't able to stay there unless I paid them for room after I had paid it through you so I was pissed and went and got me a room at the Windgate motel instead so I need my money back from you.

Toilet seat was broken, beds constantly felt wet, huge gap in room door that people could look through, table and chairs looked like they were just picked up from a random curb

It allow dogs

There was three people at the front desk 2 females and 1 male the two females were very nice and respectful the other one the male wasn’t he threatening to give me a 500.00 fine if I don’t stop using the front door to take my dogs out even though all the other visitors have dogs but they didn’t pick up after their pets……

It’s dirty and stinks . Roaches problems bad

The location was good. Close to the freeway and a lot of stores nearby. Also a 24 hour gas station next door which is very convient.

The smoking smell could've been better. Some people doesn't respect the no smoking rule.
