It’s clean, nice location, lots of restaurants walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and have a great view.
The parking, the valet staff was not very helpful.

Staff very friendly. Close to restaurants and the Toyota Center. We always stay here when attending the Rocket games.

Location is central and great for getting around, 24 hour gym access and a pool and hot tub. The drinks and snacks were a nice touch, and the bar staff were amazing.
Great facilities, although not maintained, the pool often needed cleaned, I suggested to a member of staff that he clean it out and he removed the cockroaches than had been there for3 days although was not happy about it.

The location was perfect- next door to the concert venue. Everyone we encountered was friendly - valet (both times)- front desk- everyone. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Really nothing- parking was a bit pricey- but I guess that's everywhere. It was CONVENIENT atleast!

Location is nice, restaurant is beautiful and clean.
Upon check in, I was charged for my stay shopping with anyway paying Booking.com for the reservation. I informed the staff and have yet to get my refund back.

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast is delicious and the staff was very helpful.
