Grand Villa - Humble

It was located in a good place.

Very noisy, had a funny smell and the cleanliness was sub par. Had a live seat with stains and we would not sit in it or place anything near it.

I was double charged. This man said it wasn't paid for so we paid at the counter. It was paid. He's a crook

burnt out lights, broken toilet seats, sketchy people walking around at all hours of the night. highway noise. rude manager.

It was close to a lot of stores ,restaurants, and the toll road.

Their was a homeless man in the hallway. The wall and the floor were dirty in my room. We had to ask for clean linen and towels. The towels they brought me the second time was dingy with more hair on them and the housekeeping lady is a joke.we asked for room service and all she did was brought in towels she didn’t even clean the my room.

The price was fair and the staff was helpful on day 1

When I first checked in,the TV remote did not work,I had 2 queen beds,1 bed had 1 pillow instead of 2,there were only one face towel,the smoke detector was under the television stand,the shower had hair in it,there was knats flying around the entire time. I purchased cleaning items from Walmart to clean and deodorize my room while there,I also purchased a candle to freshen.up.the room as well. I stayed there in December,2021 and it was perfect. Not sure why the ball was dropped this time around. I am always asked by family and friends how was my stay everywhere I go and I'm always honest. I know I can't stay here anymore. I was not pleased but I'm not a person that tries to get things free but it was too late to find another hotel.

Very clean and convenient location from where we needed to be.I stay in many hotels and this was best by far. The bed was very comfortable. Will come back to this one when in the area.

It had good space, A/C worked, bed was soft and comfortable.

The ice machine didn’t work and there were no stores nearby. There were hairs on the floor in the living room and bathroom. It could be a little cleaner.

It was quiet , parking well lit and had cámaras

My room wasn’t well cleaned toilet didn’t work and my room made a lot of noise

There was no breakfast even though it said it wAs included in the booking.. even a muffin n yogurt n some juice would have been nice.

Everything was sufficient besides not having anything for breakfast

Bed was comfortable & room was clean

Noise from highway & about 1am people were partying in parking lot for an hourNo breakfast due to Covid, yet no break on price to reflect missing breakfast.

The room was nice clean spacious and up to date

The power went out They have no back up generator There was no hot water, no heat and the toilet wouldn’t flush

The location was close to the event the office put in place enough space for distancing
