The elevator wasn?t working so they transferred our stay to Home2 which was great

Found bed bugs on pillows. I had changed to different room during midnight. Lift wasn't working. I had claim steps to 3rd floor.

No elevator- room was on 4th floor also both rooms we were put in had mold.

Location was good.

Had a roach in my hotel rooms bathroom. Hotel room could use some updated decor. Elevators were down all 3 nights and we had to use the stairs. I feel like someone should have been called to fix elevator immediately.

No elevator. I had to walk up three flights of stairs multiple times of the day. The lobby in music was also too loud for me to work.

This hotel had a great staff nice location however I am disabled and have room on 3rd floor and the elevator doesn't work. I believe that's illegal but it's been that way for months

Clean rooms

The elevator was broken and has been for 5 weeks and they wait until you cant cancel or get a refund to call you and tell you about it. I have severe back issues and got stuck on the third floor. Not gonna stay there ever again.

Yes, the elevator was broken and my mom could not walk 4 flights of stairs so they gave a room on first floor and the pull out bed was very very uncomfortable

Rooms outdated. Elevator not working. Hotel is definitely overpriced for what it is. We have stayed at two other hotels in the area for similar cost that were far nicer. Would definitely not stay here again.

Breakfast and room was clean.

Our truck got broken into, along with another truck. Busted out our window, all motels need to add security especially during big events. Go to Main Street HIE in Pearland, it may be a tad safer and off the Hwy.

The hotel location was excellent and convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was overall clean, including my room. I would definitely stay here again

The elevator was down and I was on the third floor. The sheer curtains in my room looked like a large cat had decided to shred them

Location is great exactly where we needed based on the place we needed to visit. Hotel smells clean as you walk in. Rooms were clean and smelled clean. The hallway once on the 3rd floor did have a strong odor but the rooms did not smell.

It was clean, continental breakfast. The clerk gave us a suite for our inconvenience.

Elevator didn¿t work. It was very noisy, the stool tops, made a lot of noise when you closed it.

The location access to freeway was very good.

I was there 5 days I ate breakfast 3 days, the first days no waffles the machine broke, second day almost no breakfast, 3 day a full breakfast. This really disappointed me. The day I checked in there was caution tape all around the dinning area.

Clean, and friendly staff. Very good Hot breakfast. Coffee available throughout the day. Location average off service road going north.

The front desk clerk was awesome. She upgraded our room so that my husband did not have to walk far to get to our room, which was AMAZING. It meant a lot to the both of us. The room was very clean.

The bed was very comfortable. The AC was hard to control as well, it was either very warm or cold. No in between.

Location, Staff, and Breakfast. The rooms were cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. Will certainly stay there again.

The elevator did go out, but was fixed within the hour. So no complaints at all.

Best smelling hotel I've EVER stayed in! AND...best shower pressure I've ever experienced in a hotel and otherwise!

Something was going on w/outside parking lights and they flashed all night! UGH!
