Staff is very helpful

All fake reviews. Hotel smells of dampness throughout, 2nd floor has renovations going on so dust everywhere, rooms smell of dampness, breakfast had no bread, eggs, no tea bags, no waffle syrup and almost empty orange juice bottle!!

Location

Hotel room smelled like mildew and was missing microwave in room that was advertised. Called front desk twice with no answer. Management refused to offer any resolution. Very unhappy with this property

The fire alarms were missing. The ice bucket was missing lights in the bathroom flickered dirty stains on the floor.

It's a couple of blocks from the freeway, so less noise than those that are right on the freeway. There are a few fast food places nearby, and a Cracker Barrel nearby if you prefer. One of the two managers is polite and responsive to requests. Pool OK.

The (free) breakfast is minimal at best. The second floor hallway smelled of chemicals, cigarette smoke and pot. The third floor was okay. The night manager was grumpy and had trouble with English. Rooms need maintenance, like shower light and closet rod.

The air was cold bed was comfortable

The wifi was super slow couldn't watch any movies or play music kept dropping weak signal also water was just warm not hot

The location was close to where my family needed to be. And close to shopping outlets.

parking lot had a sign “lock your doors and remove all belongings” So that made us feel like there could have been robberies. Ice machine was broke. Microwave had mold. Lights in bathroom rusted. Covers had major holes/rips. Heater smelled like urine.

The rooms were nice (once ours was cleaned) and the parking lot was well lit.

We were checked in to a dirty room despite arriving after listed check-in time & when we let the front desk know that the room they gave us was still dirty, they told us that there were no clean rooms & we would have to wait for our room to be cleaned.

This was an amazing hotel. My apartment burnt down and i had to stay here for a whole 2 weeks and they treated me great and checked up on me i really do appreciate them and their amazing service

Overall great stay except there was a lot of doors slamming, nosey hallway and loud talking from about midnight to 2am then it was back to normal

A nice place it was clean. Staff nice and helpful.

Maintenance of rooms are not being kept up. We had to change rooms because lighting between the beds didn’t work and the room was too dark even with ceiling lights on. In the Second room we, one of the two lights in the bathroom on the mirror was not working. Carpet needed vacuuming and or a good cleaning. Another couple who also stayed there had the same lighting problem and also had to get a second room and both bathroom mirror lights flickered throughout their stay but the ceiling light was working. No breakfast was served even though it said there would be breakfast served. I could hear someone’s TV all night long, it seems like people are actually residing there long term.

The carpet in the hallways were filthy and dirty spots all over. Mildew smell in room. Pool had green moss growing in it. This property is not being maintained. It’s poor quality and overpriced for the condition it’s in. They really need to clean up this property, the carpet and the mildew.

Overall my experience was good, just a few minor inconveniences like the ac, no towel hook and could use a television upgrade but other then that the stay was good.

The rooms were displayed much nicer online. They were brighter & the colors were more vibrant. When you get there the lights are very dim and half of them dont even come on. The carpet was dirty. They advertise a pool and jacuzzi but dont mention its only open from March-September. Staff is barely at the desk & it’s honestly just false advertisement. Housekeeping came 1/3 days we stayed & when we weren’t ready she never came back.
