Shower had hair in it, Tile in front of the toilet was loose/broken, comforter was stained

I travel a lot, it's nice to stay in hotels that are willing to grant at least one of your room requests. Holiday Inn Express will not accommodate at check-in. My recommendation is to call ahead if you have a particular room preference.

The perfuming in the room was so overwhelming that my sleep apnea mask still smells like it days later. They need to dial that down to almost nil. Also I called the hotel property the day before the trip and encountered an individual that was very terse.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms and hotel is very clean. Pool was relaxing with it being heated. Breakfast was really good. We loved the pancakes! Best Holiday Inn we have stayed at.

The room was clean and easy to navigate. it was also comfortable, especially the beds. The breakfast was great. All the staff was friendly.

I wish they would have had a chair in the void place by the bed but probably there wouldn't have been enough room. I couldn't figure out how to get the shower working as we had a room for disabilities but was shown later.

Water damage on the ceiling over the shower. No instructions on how the tv remote worked.

Very bright and clean. Cleaning staff were very courteous and attentive.

A little challenging to get to because of its proximity to the off ramp, but once you make the turns a couple times you figure it out.

Every member of hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate any need we might have. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast good.

Not enough channels on TV, 1st floor windows blinds not allowed to close, but see through blinds installed. Not good for privacy when lights come on.

Kind and helpful man on front desk duty. Size of room and amenities. Free breakfast.

One and only disappointment was that hotel had only two cribs. Since hotel was full, someone else got the cribs. We had to bring pak n plays for our twin infants to sleep in. It worked out fine, but would've been more convenient to have on-site cribs
