Quality Inn Harlingen

The desk staff was pleasent and efficient.

The room was disgusting. Photos avail. The tub and tike rusted and broken. Carpet was like walking on syrup. Did not sleep under covers for fear of bugs !

It was a cheap hotel. I got what I paid for.

Breakfast was minimal. There wasn't any fruit, pastries, or waffle mix...only cereal.

Not much to like

Moldy room very dirty. They had rust all over the bathtub and the drain was clogged

The location was good. There are a lot of things to do in that area. The kids really enjoyed the pool.

Most of the chairs around the pool were broken but they did have to cement tables with cement benches available.

The cleaning lady did not make the bed on the last night The staff gave us a room surrounded by construction workers the took all the parking area and they were outside taking keeping us up no sleep they were out there early morning hours not using again

The bed was very comfortable with soft sheets and fluffy pillows. We appreciated the complimentary hot breakfast and the large offering of tv channels.

The shower was disappointing. No soap holder, no towel holder near the shower, a curtain that's too short to keep water from getting all over the floor, no hot water at night- only in the morning, ridiculously low water pressure, badly placed shower head.

Location, fridge, microwave - they let me check in early which was super nice

I asked about the price to stay an extra day, and they charged my credit card $81.00.

We appreciated the room a/c.

We had to pay an unexpected deposit of 50.00 dollars against any damages. It was returned upon our leaving and their inspection of the room. Real nice, felt like they expected us to trash the place. The TV remote was difficult to operate.

THE BEST PART IS THE LOCATION OF THE PLACE VERY CONVIENENT TO ALL PLACES.

the first room that was given to us had a damp wall with mole and wet wall it had a bad smell of mildew. THE SECOND ROOM IT STILL HAD A MILDEW SMELL. WE HAVE BEEN BOOKING ROOMS THIER SINCE 2013 AND LIK THE PLACE VERY MUCH. THIS PLACE IS IN NEED OF REMODEL

Room availability at a late hour

The rooms were clean but they tried showing off that the bugs were killed, i mean i saw dead bugs on the air conditioner, bath tubs. And definitely a special mention to air conditioning, its OLD.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable!

Breakfast was good but the eggs were not. They were too dry and the orange and apple juice was mostly water .

Drove over 16 hours for work. Was tired and did not check the bathroom just fell asleep, when I woke up immediately saw 2 roaches on the wall and the bathtub looked like I came from the junkyard. Multiple cigarette burns and the club was filthy, would not

The bed was okay

The best of had big rust spot around the drain water coming out of the shower with a real light spray hard to get wet and cleaned up

This location is super convenient. They accept pets and was a very clean and accommodating hotel for the price.

The room smelled musty when I first got there. I also found hair in the restroom while I was doing a quick walk through.

They made the beds, but mold on the ceiling.

No continental breakfast, they only had waffles and dry cereal with milk. Coffee was weak, when it was suppose to be bold, no juice, no napkins, no eggs or bacon. Or sausages. They told us they did not have supplies because they ran out.

The carpet was very sticky when walking on it. It definitely needed to be shampooed.

I didn't like person working that night we called her to tell her the tv didn't work. She said she was sorry but no one to help us and the motel was full.We know it was not full there was hardly any cars. We looked again in morning and lots of empty rooms
