It was inexpensive

There was dead cockroach and mouse poop in the bathroom

The front desk lady was very accommodating for our needs to be on the 1st floor. The rooms have been updated and bathroom was very nice. The location was perfect for our needs. Parking was very plentiful.

There was nothing about this hotel that I did not like. I will stay there again when visiting Harlingen, Tx.

Price, cleanliness, location. My trip was quick, and my needs were met. It can't get much better than that.

It was upgraded more, just meaning it had a nicer look. Also liked that it had free WiFi.

The beds are still hard and when I had an issue with my toilet, there was restroom in the lobby office I could use unless it was in the morning. They lock the door after a certain time in morning, and when it's locked it stays that way. Leave it open.

The room was very clean, the staff was great, anything you ask for they brought it to your room. The staff and room was pet friendly. Breakfast was very good. I am planning to come back next year and stay at this hotel.

It was a great price for the room. This was my third stay with them and I found that the rooms had been updated. New large flat screen TV and new sink and bath. Plus I don't recall having a mini-fridge and microwave before.

My particular room didn't have the weather stripping around the front door. Made it a little noisier when people were outside our door.

I’ve never been treated so horribly at a hotel,at a window where you can’t hear anything employees say because they’re yelling from other side of office inside. They charge a fee for anything and treat you like if you’re about to stay there for sketchy transactions. Rooms felt and looked dirty. Cheap toiletries were provided all from different brands. Furniture was all ruined and difficult to open and close.

it’s was quiet and place was clean the rooms changed a lot we had stayed before like 3 or 4 years ago! very nice place closer to home

what I didn’t like was that we couldn’t log into Hulu or Netflix on tv but I supposed the channels where ok!only if it’s a Roku tv anyone can add their app account to watch movies from their account but otherwise still good

if you like to stay in an over priced crappy place, this is for you.

to start off with sign on front door says lobby closed for remodeling. I can see inside and there is just a bunch of junk piled up. had to sign in through a stupid window, couldn’t hear the lady through that. asked about breakfast, we don’t do that anymore, but said when I booked breakfast included WRONG. so asked about coffee in the morning, we don’t have that anymore. got to room, OLD OLD furniture not a single thing on the walls and the bed is like a foot off the floor and HARD AS A TABLE TOP. Then to top it off no COFFEE POT in room. what a crappy place. And besides all this the room was 93.00 way way way WAY OVER PRICED.

Location was the only positive. There wasn't even coffee available on the property .

Staff/owner? was less than cordial.

The night crew was super helpful and polite the day crew was kinda rude

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the shower never got hot just lukewarm
