Comfy beds, spacious rooms, super clean throughout, friendly staff. & great hot breakfast

Good location and very clean.

A man tried to get into our room around 11 pm. He stood outside our door for about 5 minutes. A few minutes later, a hotel employee tried to get in and let that man in. I finally opened the door and startled them. I was very upset!

Everything but especially that they have a big screen TV and they C/O time of 12:00

I would have been more pleased had there been an ice machine on every floor.

Easy check in and good price.

Shower felt grimey and gross to step on. Bed was way too soft and pillows had no support. Also there was a noticeable gap under the door that let in a lot of noise

I loved the feeling of safety and cleanliness. For a hotel in Harlingen, this exceeded expectations with the amenities and facilities. I will absolutely stay here again!

Providing complimentary bottled water would have been great for this stay

The complimentary toiletries included a nail polish remover. Why? A shower cap is much more useful and pretty much expected for this level of hotel.

Clean rooms.Great staff!!The breakfast was good. My grandchildren enjoyed the pancakes and cereal. The coffee was great!

Clean Hotel and good location. Pool has hándicap lift.

No mánager on site. My reservation appeared but didnt show that i had paid, had to wait over an hour to get my room.

The breakfast was good and staff was very helpful. I left my wallet behind, and they were able to hold it for me

The chair in our room had an odd odor. It was similar to a body odor smell. We had to move it to the side of the room and spray it with Lysol

Comfortable bed, beautiful updated bathroom, wonderful and kind staff. Pool was clean.

The blowdryer in our room didn’t work. I’m sure they will replace it after I let them know though.

Fairly new hotel! Very clean and close to everything! The hotel staff from the desk to room cleaning is very professional and courteous! All staff wear Marriott uniforms which is rare with any hotel! And I counted 7 charging stations, for those with electric vehicles! Outstanding establishment!!

The location was accessible from the feeder road. Check in was so fast and easy the staff member who took care of my check-in was very nice great positive attitude! We did not get to have the breakfast since we had to rush to pick up my husband but we did see the set up of the breakfast area it was very nice and clean. The hotel was very nice everything looked so clean and brand new we will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!! The carpets were plushy the room was nice and clean and cool. The shower was immaculate!! They have a heated pool!!!

I was told the Tesla charging was free by the front desk. When I saw I was going to get charged. I called the front desk and they again told me the charging was free. But the next day I got charged on my card. If I Knew I would have charged it at a fast charger and paid less.

How friendly and attentive the staff was for breakfast

Did not like that there was not basic eggs for breakfast - scrambled and not much of meat selection for breakfast

Everything about this place is amazing. Beautiful, clean, comfortable rooms, and the breakfast choices are outstanding. I don't think I've ever had a complimentary breakfast as wonderful as it was here. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only minor negative was that the Internet/WiFi connection was not working as it should've been, however, it was being taken care of.

When we checked in, the desk staff was.. We left Austin,TX and drove for 7 hours to arrive at around 9 PM, but we had to wait for over an hour and a half. We went up to my room and used the key, but it didn't open. We went down and told the staff, she said I can help for you, but oh my!!! there was already another guest sleeping in that room and they came out wondering what was going on. We all went back down to the lobby and she apologized and said it was my fault that I was confused because last names were the same and asked if I could upgrade to a suite room, so we thanked her, but that's when the problem actually started. She suddenly started to panic because we didn't have a reservation. My account had paid for the stay and my reservation was showing on the booking.com app too. She asked us to wait just 5 minutes but she talked to the manager on the phone and we waited for over an hour that night, boiling with anger. She didn't any explanation in detail what the problem was or how it was resolved, gave us a room key, which was the 323 I had received first when we checked in. In fact, there was a small incident when she gave me the 323 key, but apologized and changed it to 301 in 3 seconds. BUT there was a guest in that ROOM 301, and after a long wait, the room she reassigned was the same room as before. There was no upgrade. This was the first time I had such an incompetent employee. I made the reservation because I trusted the Marriott brand, and it was my first trip to South Padre for a special time to celebrate my 51st birthday with my husband.
