Hampton Inn & Suites Harlingen

The room and bathroom were clean.

The staff at checkin was very rude. When telling them hello at check in they simply said ID, and then credit card, then breakfast between x hours and x hours. There was ZERO customer service with the woman at the front desk at checkin.

Bathroom shampoo was empty and towels were to thin and had holes. 🙁 But over all stay pleasant

I did not like that coffee was behind the registration desk and had to be asked for. I understand COVID-19 has canceled breakfast, but other hotels we stayed at on our travels left the coffee in the incidentals area so it was still self serve

The bed was very comfortable and so was the sofa.

Air conditioner. Could not get the room at a comfortable constant temperature. Was either to cold or to hot.

The water main broke and we were without water for a night. I had to go to the desk to have my keys fixed several times.

Everything was wonderful. The room was big. Two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. Free breakfast which was really good from 6-10am . Close to restaurants, grocery store and mall/ shops.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

All the staff we encountered were super friendly - One of the best stays we've had a hotel in a while.

I did not care for some of the breakfast items but that was about it.

The room was so clean and comfortable. Also very quiet. I also really liked that 6 DOS officers were staying at hotel while we were there. I was told they are always at the hotel . It made me feel safe

Great location, clean facilities, friendy staff, basic but yummy breakfast, overall a very nice experience.

For me, the rooms could use a little more lighting.
