Quality Inn & Suites Groesbeck North

For this star level and great price for this hotel, I was blown away! The level cleanliness, the decor - from the carpets to the ceilings, little thoughtul touches like the uniquely folded towels, the comfortable beds and linens. More like 4 star hotel!

The friendly staff, the grounds are clean, and it's quiet.

We were welcomed and really enjoyed our stay. The family who runs the front desk is really nice. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The location was great and it's clean outside

The rooms are filthy. I woke up to something biting me and I saw a dozen ants on the bed

Breakfast was great. Room was very spacious. Hotel very very clean.

We could have asked for another room, we didn't. We were in 105 which is beside the exit door. At 0530 am people began to use the exit. No way to have known it would be loud and wake us. Not the hotels fault.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the hotel was in a good location.

The room was a single bed and I needed two they moved me with no problems. I didn't check in till midnight and the clerk was very nice.

The front desk staff was very friendly. About 5 minutes after we got to the room, the front desk called to see if we liked the room and if we needed anything else.

My only complaint was that the bed was extremely high off the ground. Granted i am vertically challenged, it was a little hard to lay a sleeping baby down in the middle of the bed while struggling to get on the bed.

The evening staff person was very friendly and helpful.

There was not a blanket in my room, so I called the front desk. There was no answer after several attempts, so I had to get dressed, as I'd already gotten ready for bed and go to the front desk. The woman was very nice and brought one to me 10 min later.

5am breakfast still wasn't set out @7 :30am, coffee in room coffee maker,change

Room was clean and up to date. Overall a decent place to stay, even with kids.

Side door didn't unlock with card, got smoking room first but was moved without incident.

Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. I always stay at this hotel when in the area because their service is always exceptional!

Breakfast was okay...bread was a bit stale for toast. Only had soy milk for cereal (yuck), so I skipped having cereal. Eggas were okay.

The elevator was a tad slow.

The property was ok—location is perfect out of 3 hotels there. Small issue though ….
