Very clean, modern

The bed wasn't the most comfortable I've slept in, but it was okay.

Staff were helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was really good and well maintained. Clean room. Location is near many restaurants.

THIS HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN.

MY PHONE DIDNT WORK IN THE ROOM AND IT TOOK THREE DAYS FOR THEM TO FIX AND THEN THE EMPLOYEE WHO FIXED IT MADE THE STATEMENT THAT HE DIDNT THINK THIS BEING BROKE WASNT A BIG DEAL BECAUSE NO ONE USES THEM ANYMORE. THEN WHY HAVE THE PHONE THERE.

Pet fee is rather stiff. Beds are a bit soft.

Bathroom light was out and they put a lamp in there to use. Not good.

Cleanliness and size of room. However, the overall experience was great! The location was excellent, we walked to the restaurant for supper and had a great choice of places to eat which were all close.

The only thing that could have been a little better was the mattress. It was a little too hard for us but everyone has their own preference.

The property is beautiful, modern, and clean. The ONE person on staff throughout our stay was very helpful.

This hotel opened during COVID, therefore is operating at a 1.5-2 star level. There is no valet, no restaurant, no anything except one person on staff in the entire hotel; they do not answer phones including reservation line.

The room smelt like WEED! The room was not clean the breakfast they had available was box cereal nothing hot or anything but coffee to drink. I will not be staying there again.

Clean, comfortable and great location

Tremendous staff. Can't say enough good things about Janet. Room was clean and bright. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful; food was hot. Great experience

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the full breakfast was great. Highly recommend this hotel!

My only suggestion would be to provide larger trash cans in the room and the restroom!

Convenient location

There was some type of party going in the room above us all night, until 4 am. The AC unit in the rooms need a constant fan mode. It was stuffy when the AC wasn't running.

Rooms were very spacious and bed was comfortable

Sofa bed was not comfortable

The cleanliness and location were superb. The staff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The coffee was a bit hot for me and without asking the lady brought me a cup of ice. This was so kind of her.

The elevators could use a little maintenance. The ride was a little rough and the brakes were a bit squeaky.

Difficult & confusing access road to hotel. Missed turn off first time. Primary access is from side street but most common route most guests use is thru parking lot of neighboring businesses.

Staff was very friendly

Just a few minor oversights. No shampoo in the room, for example. Easily and quickly remedied though.

It was very nice overall and the breakfast was wonderful!

We needed extra blankets and the night help could not leave the desk because she was alone and when I did go to get the blankets she gave me padding instead.
