The clerk was very friendly and sweet

It was disgusting, it had a bad odor through out the building, it wasn’t clean, the building needed to be torn down, there were allegedly drug addicts all around! There were shady repairmen that were very creepy watching me as I entered my room

Filthy. Left before time was up due to the horrible room. Walked across the floor and my socks looked like I walked across the yard in them. Towels smelled bad. Table was covered in filth. TV looked like it was wiped off using a dirty rag.

Ac had squeaky fan! Train tracks right behind hotel. TV wouldn't connect to dish

We went because our ac went out there was mold and ac was not cold...

My room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke the whole time I was there.This was listed as a Non-smoking room. But,obviously had been smoked in for a long time. I literally could not breath well with my asthma.

Housekeeping banged on the door an hour before check out time.

Did not feel safe at this hotel after dark!!! The police were called twice during the night. Very sketchy people hanging out inside as well as outside the hotel! The entire hotel recked of smoke! Even supposedly non-smoking rooms!

My vehicle survived the night without any problems.

Drug activity is very high in the area and not concealed at all. The lobby smelled strong of marijuana and the clerk made no attempt to deny that “someone” had been there smoking. There were numerous people gathered at the pool at 2am, playing cards.

The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.

Felt sorry for the night workers. A girl was training a new guy and she had only been working for the hotel for 1 week. Not sure why management isnt doing the training. They were very confused as to what was going on. Not their fault just lack of training

Strong unpleasant smell (did somebody cook anything there?) at reception and down the corridors. Unfriendly staff.

There were hundreds of dead crickets in the room behind the furniture, which had not been moved for a long time. I had to make sure that they were pressed against the wall so my lady would not see them. Phone cord was broke. Shower head was bad.

This was a business trip. I require an internet connection and this was slower than dial up. I needed to stay an additional day but chose another motel. The staff here couldn't care less. My stay at Super 8 turned out to be a much better experience.

Comfortable Bed. Nice front desk staff upon arrival. Good bedding and towels.

Old, dingy carpeting (wore shoes in room), mold in drain hole of sink, tub needs replacement (rusty drain/chips), Smelled like old-smoke in non-smoking room area. Stale breakfast not (for diabetics), Loud Karaoke at bar downstairs until midnight.

Location was good - overall clean.

Had a suite with jacuzzi tub

Carpet smelled mile cat urine and mildew. Three doors that let out of room in this suite.

Very Nice for the price.

NO ELEVATOR, but they moved us downstairs, so it was OK.

no internet access checked in my laptop showed no access told the staff they said it had to be my lap top went to mcdonalds no problem they have no wi fi in the rooms
