The dead bolt did not work, the shower only had a small stream. The plug-ins by the bed had a short on it. The TV was too low had to move the dresser underneathto get it to work. No chair for the desk which I actually needed to use to do some work.

The price.

Just that it is old. Whomever repainted it for them was quite sloppy which deters from the ambiance.

The staffs were friendly and very helpful to get all requested items.

At the time of our stay, car parks were always full. Have to look around for parking spot.

Was very dirty the floor was very nasty. Not iron at all the plug wasn't working at all. I pay to high fie a room is look more for homeless people.

I liked the part when I left.

This is easily the worst hotel that I've stayed in during the last few years. It's dirty, the room amenities didn't work, and the other visitors seemed to be having a succession of fistfights in the parking lot. Skip this place.

Hot water, A/C worked. People who stayed there were really nice. It was well lit at night. Close to a lot of restaurants. Rite off the HWY.

Holes in the sheet, room smells like smoke. The stairs are in horrible condition. The TV did not work... At all. Window plain was broken. This place could be so nice, only if the owners were to put some TLC into it.

The only plus here was my interaction with one of the front office staff. She was very good and emphatic.

This place is a scam. The picture online does not align with real-life experience of lodging in this hotel. I don't think this place should be rated a hotel. Period!! The other staff maybe the owner very very rude and brash

There was hot water, the bed was comfortable and the door locked

The room smelled like an ashtray. The shower didn¿t work and there was no tub plug to take a bath. I had to splash water over my body as it came out of the faucet. At least it was hot.

The price and location.

It was not clean, the front desk staff can never find my reservation. The shower and toilet worked poorly and the whole place is falling apart. There were other guests fighting outside which woke me up one night, and I have seen the police there.

The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Advertised pool. and continental breakfast. They had neither. Laundry was one washer and dryer outside. The floor was sticky. Bedspread had cigarette burns in it. Chairs were stained. Also unsafe

Every single thing. Booked for a week & only stayed two nights. The staff was rude, the place was filthy. Electrical outlets weee unsafe. Aplastic bag tied around the smoke detector. It was awful.

People dealing drugs in the parking lot. Cops at hotel every night. TV not working in room. Broken door handle, unable to lock the door.

Nothing it was unsafe unsanitary and unprofessional. I will never boom with you again and tell many of my friends and family about this horrible experience

There was nothing good about my stay here, it actually borderlines with nightmare

1. Ac did not work 2. No hot water in shower 3. Roaches in room (I have video) 4. Heavily sedated people loitering in parking lot at all hours of the night have photos and video) 5. Blood spatter on floor (have photos) List goes on¿

Nothing! At first I could not get the heating unit to work. I called the desk. As very rough looking man came and tried. He then told me I would have to play with it. Eventually I got it to work.

The cleaning staff. On Saturday morning I went with my lady friend to her apt When we returned, we could not find things we had left in the room. We were told the cleaning staff had thrown them away. We were reimbursed but still..

Picked because price was within my budget amount, thinking would be decently... but room smells like tabaco, furniture is very old, room need paint and just general maintenance I should have taken best western an exit earlier for like 8 more dollars

WiFi worked well.

Incorrect sign on doors. Said they would be locked between 11pm & 7am, but were never unlocked. Front desk girl acted like it was a chore to check me in/out (same person). Chair seats soiled/stained. Pillows were rocks. Room hot & AC didn’t work.Awful

Someone was banging on my door at 1 am then yelled at me for who knows what, I’m a language that I don’t know. Then about an hour later someone was trying to get in with a key card and jiggling the handle. I did not feel safe.

Clean quiet comfortable and safe

I need a refund..I have bite marks from bed bugs, the was hikes in the walls.. a needle in my room, I will never stay here again or use y'all if I do not get a refund.

Asked for a smoking room, no ashtrays, pillows like rocks, had to ask for towels , no complimentary coffee in rooms, not even a donut breakfast. A/c didnt cool the room enough when it was hot outside. Too many meth heads outside all night.
