Yes. It has black mold, is not safe or clean. Not as advertised. It smells really bad. Our smoke detector was taped up

The staff was excellent and the breakfast was good.

There was no dislikes, just little quirks ie drawers not closing, doors not closing.

The price was very fair and it was conveniently located.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, but not too bad.

My room smelled musty and the faucet was broken and kept leaking. The shower didn’t drain water, fast enough. I did like that. The cleaning staff made my bed every day and restocked my towels. But that’s it.

Old, rusty sink & tub. Also moldy

Front desk person was not there when I arrived, and I waited almost 10 minutes. It was about 9 PM when I arrived.

The hotel is relatively close to the airport, offered breakfast and shuttle. Very clean and spacious.

Need very little cosmetic features fixed.

The furnishings are worn badly and the mattress on the pull out sofa was stained and gross. The exterior door key access did not work. Breakfast was not good. This should be a 1.5 star hotel, not a 2.5 star.

Tried to refuse me when I already had a reservation. A/c did not work in my first room so I had to change rooms. None of the ice machines were working. Had to request multiple key cards as they did not read in the door to open it. Got locked out.

There was a plumbing issue and our toilet (and the whole first floor) would not flush. Moved to the fourth floor. Back door could not be opened with our key card as it was broken. Second day our key cards had to be reprogrammed.

Bed was not comfortable. Office chair needs to be replaced. Vinyl is peeling off badly. Gets on your clothes if you sit in it.

This was our third stay here this year. I like that we can have 5 people in the room without paying for a second room. Comfy beds and pillows. Decent breakfast. Close to the Grapevine Mills Mall.

The ice machine wasn't working on ground floor and our 4th floor. Went to 5th floor machine that did work. There was no fruit selection at breakfast.

Front desk was horrible. Cold water didn't work in the shower in the first room and took him over 40 min to come up and confirm even though he said he can fix it. Finally an hour and a half later got us a different room.

Huge room, tube and comfy bed!

Tv signal was very weak most channels didn?t work.
