Residence Inn by Marriott Dfw Airport North/Grapevine

Location was perfect. Near where we wanted to go.

We had 2 rooms, across from each other, 604-605, and were there 4 days. Our rooms never got cleaned and even after tracking down a staff member, to get clean towels and trash emptied, he assured me at some point, we’d get cleaned. Never happened.

The hotel's location was the best part of this hotel. It was situated across from a very busy outlet mall. As well, there are many restaurants within promixity,

The AC didn't work, which made for a poor night's sleep due to the hot texas weather. The air conditioning was preset an therefore could not be adjusted. The front desk gave me a fan at 3am but it was very loud and was not match for the heat.

I love the location and the restaurant inside the hotel. Excellent service and food.

The hot tub is not hot enough to sit in it during February.

The hotel staff was very nice. The breakfast staff and breakfast was amazing. Loved the clean pool and hot tub.

There was no hot water to take a shower. We all needed showers before we left to go out on Sunday and there was no hot water.

Comfortable room, loved having a full kitchen, couch, and a nice size bath tub.

Getting from the airport was a little confusing.

It was a great deal for the price, kitchen and location, close to food restaurants Wonderful !!!!!

The only thing I didn't care for was trash and Laundry being left outside some of the room door for several hours.

The staff, breakfast, and over all stay.

They only clean your room after you leave. We had trash over flowing towels piled in the floor.

Access to the hotel is a little weird depending on how GPS gets you there. Have to cut through a few other parking lots on one of the routes.

No ice machine have to make ice cubes and wait all day when check-in is at 3pm then freeze your water for cubes in a few hours lol really guys get an ice machine for the guests in the lobby so when it's 1 nite not multiple night it's helpful to guests

The hotel is not convenient for taking a rental car back to the airport rental car return. Also room had a disinfectant smell. I am sure they are just trying to keep it clean because of COVID, but I am sensitive to smells and found that unpleasant.

Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Pool was nice. Decent breakfast. Convenient location close to Hwy but no noise. Nice shopping mall across the street.

Location: was the reason I chose it in the first place! Breakfast: selection was exceptional better than most places I¿ve stayed at in the past few months.

Parking: was crowded Pool chairs: were broken due to exposure to the sun and there were dirty towels laying around

Convenient to airport, staff was helpful & friendly.

Very clean, nice room and very polite staff.

Nice big rooms, comfy bed, Netflix, great breakfasts in the morning. Bar and Grill in the hotel for those times you don't want to go out to eat.

The front desk was helpful and fast getting me checked in. While the front desk person checked me in. The other person standing there got me directions to the State fair. Love the kitchenette. The room was clean. Love the breakfast!

The bathroom could have been a tiny bit bigger but that's really grasping at straws.
