20 minute wait t I get a drink, with 2 lines; one to buy a ticket, and another to get the drink. Ridiculous. Parking app. $16 wine (that wine is $15/bottle?

Everything. It was so loud we got no sleep. It was well into 4 am yelling, laughing running up down hallways.

AC wasn't working said it looked like i booked the day of stay and got last room had a lot of issues and booked more then a week before stay

We enjoy that everything is very close to the hotel. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to Grapevine Mills, which we visit for hours while here. My kiddos love the pool and there are always lots of kiddos to swim with!

The price for guest who are no visiting for a conference, but stay while a conference is taking place does not meet the quality of the hotel. We booked a balcony room - and paid double the price. Unfortunately, we will not stay here again.

Beds were amazingly small. Waited an hr for the shuttle that was supposed to pass every 15 minutes. Ended up paying $60 for a taxi. Reception just said my bad cause I didn’t get a WhatsApp or other connection.

My room wasn't very clean bathroom wasn't very cleanneed pest control tTogo spray the hotel need to purchase new bed based was coming apart.Hotel furniture need updated and refreshed.had to keep getting back in line for more entrée from chef

Breakfast was excellent in options and quality.

TV in bedroom did not work, at all. Bedroom was warm at night. The sitting area was perfect, bedroom was completely opposite.

Beautiful, clean, free breakfast, great pool, restaurant inside, Starbucks inside...we were in love

The breakfast was the best i have encountered in all my various hotel stays.

Open parking spaces were dificult to find as the parking lot was always relatively full. The hotel was slow to respond to room repair requests and in at least 2 instances failed to respond all together.

Staff. First lady wasn't bad the staff member that checked me in was rude. Wouldn't listen to what I was trying to say. I was trying to check in and she just kept telling me to pay for parking instead.

The staff almost seemed bothered we were there. The bartender was rude. You had to flag her down to get a drink . It was not busy and they closed 30 mins early to clean. Front desk staff wasn't much better.

The AC didn?t work. It was extremely HOT!! I could not cancel reservations without loosing all money spend towards room. Digital key and functions didn?t work. The Bass Pro entrance from hotel was closed. Toilet kept clogging.

Room was not ready when we arrived at 5pm. Hotel room was hot. Staff did not clean one of the days.

I am not one who writes a lot of reviews unless it?s terrible or great. The service here was extraordinary. The room was beautiful, and the people were wonderful. The late night food at the restaurant was the best bar food I have ever had.

I didn?t make the first night, flight delays on a two night stay. Arrived 2nd night and reservation cancelled and took my money even though I had paid. Had to pay again for a room that had been paid for. Thieves.

Airport shuttles are only running between 6am and 11pm. Our bathtub had black gunk in it. It didnt appear to be cleaned before we checked in.
