Lots of wear and tear on the building…interior walls beat up, carpet was worn, towels were old and thin. The breakfast was below average.

Near airport

Roaches, unfriendly staff, and failure to take care of issues. Said they would and didn't then came back saying they didn't receive a complaint when they did and they know they did.

Curtains were literally shredded

Yes. The entire reason we chose this hotel was because of the shuttle service they provide. Unbeknownst to us. It ends at 10 PM and doesn’t start until 5 AM. It was completely useless to us and it was the entire reason we stayed there. Will not stay again

Cleanliness

The flood lights shining in from adjacent buildings. The curtain to block the light would not stay together in the middle. The air conditioning had to be turned on to 60 degrees and the fan had to be manually turned on, auto function was not working.

Clean, friendly staff, breakfast

Outdated room. Bathroom could use some attention.

Location and safe area

I called hotel when I booked it about airport transportation was told it was available. I called the day before I flew out to confirm airport transportation. Arrived at 1:45pm told there was no transportation. Staff that worked this Sunday was Rude

Needed more luggage carts at time we were checking in and out of hotel.

The breakfast was good - bagels, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, muffins, milk, juice, and coffee with creamer. The location was close to a lot of things and it was also easy to jump on the interstate.

Yes, the hotel looked a bit run down. The pool was closed due to ?maintenance? but nothing posted concerning that. The hotel was chosen by me because it advertised a pool.

Room could have been a little cleaner (dust cobwebs in the corners/walls) Carpet felt damp underfoot, but it was very humid there....no signs of mold or mildew.

The staff contribute enthusiasm along with the pleasant amenities, room cleanliness, comfort, and great breakfast.

Friendly staff and location to airport

Being overcharged for water - a tiny bottle of water was billed to me at $4.00 per bottle. I could have bought an entire case of 36 bottles for that price. I think it is definitely not a good message to the loyal customer base to price gouge them.

Wonderful greeting when I checked in by the excellent lady at the front desk - she also did a great job sending the shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I did not catch her name but she was blond-just the best! Shuttle drivers were on time & great

Airport shuttle from 5am-10pm! Gotta call the hotel to request it (and don't get in a shuttle for another hotel- very similar names). Bed was comfy, great water pressure in the shower. Warm breakfast. Apparently there is a pool? We didn't look for it

The bathroom was a bit tired looking, could use a bit of an update.

The room had an odor that seemed to be moldy. There was a gassy smell outside of the hotel and we brought it to the attention of the staff and they seemed to be annoyed that we had said anything. Learned our lesson to not ever stay at Holiday Inn.

Evening employee who checked us in was so friendly and super nice! Also the lady in the morning was so happy, attentive and friendly to everyone I saw her come in contact with. Hotel itself was nice and quiet. Loved that they had passion fruit juice in am

One of the dresser drawers was dirty and had large dirt particles and food crumbs left inside. Also bed not very comfortable. Not hotels fault but cars were burning out in the parking lot of Main Event behind us till 1am. Couldn't sleep well.
