Location to airport

rooms were outdated. Missing paint on walls and poor condition furniture

The room was large.

Worst Hyatt Place I?ve stayed at. The common areas were old and rundown. There was not a ?restaurant?, few foods available for purchase, and fewer options for breakfast. The mattress was saggy and needed to be replaced, tv remote control did not work.

The staff was friendly and the shops across the street were great!

The hotel for the brand was subpar. Stains on the furniture, carpet, elevator service a snail's pace. When I arrive to dingy dives I have a hard time sleeping or showering there. The location is great, but it needs to be fully remodeled and made new.

Staff told me breakfast from 5am-11 am When I got there at 10:30am The front desk told me it?s already closed and you are misinformed. They did not do anything about it.?

Staff was great. Very friendly and attentive to our needs. Was very clean and beds were comfortable.

Everything: The Lobby, the shabby decor, the amenities, the smell, the gross breakfast bar, the tiny square pillows and ¿bar,¿ was depressing and beneath the quality I expected for a Hyatt property. My Televisi didn¿t work and not even a bottle of wat

Breakfast was supposed to be served at 6 am but wasn¿t ready when I left at6:45.

As much as you pay the breakfast could¿ve had more options. Plus don¿t use a payment plan app because the hotel won¿t honor it.

The staff was amazing and treated me well during my stay. They were very friendly and supportive to our needs. The room was nice and clean and the food was great.

During my stay the shower door fell off. The staff sent up some one to fix it and thank goodness the door did not shatter. Although they did leave some shards of glass on the floor I had to wipe up.

We liked the location and that is about it. Have stayed there many times before, but this will be the last.

check in person was very unfriendly or willing to help. They did serve breakfast, but the two times we went it was not good so we didn't eat there again. There were ants all over our table between the two beds and a huge roach ran across one of the beds

Unfriendly staff. No modern charging stations for electronics. Gym had no sanitation supplies. No hot tub. When we turned the lights on in our room they made noises like they were going to explode. This hotel needs to be updated and cleaned.

Room were well appointed but thin walls. Close proximity to airport DFW. Shuttle driver  was great. Free breakfast was simple w variety. Housekeeping staff was friendly & considerate.

Hotel front desk staff were on personal phones & eating at front desk. No bartender and extremely small front lobby. Mall across street but need a rental car because nothing is around for entertainment. Bathroom was crazy small & toilet ran slow.

Proximity to mall and restaurants

It's an old hotel. Tiny bathroom. Room was musty/muggy....it would get hot at night.

Air conditioner did not work, bed was terrible I did not sleep at all. Hotel is run down and pretty dirty, very surprised to see all the good reviews.

Breakfast was actually good. Pool was nice and was never crowded. Price was right, location was next to mall but off main road and quiet.

Staff did not seem helpful. No maid service, we had to ask for towels, cups, garbage bags. COVID protocols seem more like a reset to lowered expectations and cost cutting, than actually being about safety.

size of room

seemed like there were a lot of druggies or people on drugs staying at hotel. Must have been a party on my floor. Does not meet typical Hyatt standards. Pool was not working. Elevator was scary.

Great hotel near DFW. We were able to get checked in quickly and the room was perfect.

staff! He was great. The manager and other front staff were nice too

Our room had toilet issues, had to go to other room to use toilet! One of the rooms had ants, reported to Staff and he got us another room. No issues with the third room. Also grandkids disappointed because swimming pool not available but Hotel employee and manager
